Interconnectedness of tools boosts workflow efficiency but can improve on speed for larger files
One of the best features of Microsoft 365 Business is the interconnectivity; if I'm making a chart in Excel, I can paste it as a link on a PowerPoint. If there are any changes in the Excel data, when I update the link, that automatically gets changed in the PowerPoint. The interconnectedness with Excel and PowerPoint is a good feature. Using Teams helps our team's productivity because rather than having to make a proper chart again, if I am reviewing someone else's work and I find a mistake, I'll just do it in Excel and it automatically gets updated in the PPT. In Microsoft Teams, we can communicate with other team members by pinging them. We don't need to call and say what needs to be done. We can just share a screenshot, and we can share our files as well. Microsoft 365 Business has positively impacted our business because it's not a choice; it's something we need to comply with. It has become an industry standard, and the client always expects us to work with this kind of tool.
