Useful special algorithm analysis, responsive support, and scalable
Based on what I've seen in a demo a while ago, I did not see any other network monitoring software like this one. The solution goes into every little corner of your network. You receive the full visibility of your entire network. Other solutions, such as SolarWinds and PRTG you can only see what we call a tunnel vision of the network. I rate cPacket cClear a nine out of ten.

I would like to see improvements in making the interface more user-friendly. Many people find it not simple to use. One of the common customer complaints is about the alarm notifications. Currently, they appear as pop-up messages, but I would prefer having alarm messages shown as a scrolling bar at the taskbar for easier visibility.

Simplifies setup and requires user interface enhancement
Nagios XI is easy to install, which sets it apart from other open-source solutions I've tried. Typically, setting up a monitoring system on Linux involves cloning files from GitHub, building it, and installing many dependencies, but with Nagios XI, it wasn't like that. Nagios XI simplifies our setup and reduces the time spent configuring monitoring tools.
