We performed a comparison between BotFarm and HyperScience based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The record option and the OCR technology have been great."
"One of the most valuable features is the solution's simple automation regarding object cloning and strings variables."
"BotFarm has been working perfectly fine with our business model. Its scalability is the most valuable feature. We can easily scale out bots on a need basis. Portability is another valuable feature. We work with different payment systems like Visa and MasterCard and have bots for them. Because of BotFarm, we are able to reuse these bots."
"The solution is very stable. We don't have issues with bugs or glitches."
"The most valuable feature is the interface, which helps to provide a good user experience."
"What I like most about BotFarm is that it's one of the leading RPA products in the market. Very few products focus on robotics today, so I like that BotFarm offers a lot in terms of what general customers expect it to do."
"The entire backend system structure is something that I found really valuable."
"The solution seems to offer high stability. We haven't seen any bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze."
"What I liked more about HyperScience was the quality of the OCR it is a lot better compared to Google."
"Valuable features include tools like IQ Bot and the ability to extract handwritten documents with 93-95 per cent accuracy."
"I like that compared to other tools, HyperScience works best with handwritten documents."
"Has algorithms that can detect a document template even if the image has a lot of distortions."
"We have seen pretty good accuracy."
"One of the most valuable features of HyperScience is the user-training module. Whenever the extraction takes place, based on the way we have trained HyperScience, it would give us some success status or a certain confidence level. If the solution has processed something that it determined was not extracted correctly it will queue those items for manual review."
"It provides the best accuracy for handwritten forms, which is a struggle in the industry. You can take processes with a lot of manual work and streamline them through this tool."
"The dashboard needs improvement. For Bot Farm, the visualization is not that good compared to the main Automation Anywhere dashboard."
"When somebody is just learning this product it can be difficult for them to understand, so improvements to the user interface would be helpful."
"The stability needs to be improved."
"I would definitely be wanting to see OCR features for improving the solution."
"An area for improvement in BotFarm is that the communication between the Control Room and the Bot Client Missions isn't utilized well. There's also the issue with PCI DSS compliance or certain regulations that require a set of configurations that are not fully supported by BotFarm. The product should be certified or designed according to the required regulations in the finance industry to make it better."
"The deployment could be simplified."
"The OCR command needs to improve. This feature is used to convert the extracted data from an image file. While converting this file I was facing a lot of issues with the data because it was getting lost and some of the data which was extracted was mismatched. The data loss was rated as a nine and the data accuracy was a massive decrease and was up to 80%."
"The image processing capabilities definitely need to be improved."
"The product's usability could be better. The first pain point is that we're getting the output in a different format, and we were expecting a different timetable. The second point is that if you want better results, HyperScience says you have to configure a minimal PDF or a maximum of 400 PDFs. If you want results with 400 PDFs for what's written by these doctors, then you also configure the maximum of 400 templates for that. So, it's essentially a lack of support from HyperScience. In the next release, it would be better if failure scenarios were reduced. It would also help if they offered different formats, inputs or injections, and added different scenarios."
"No solution is perfect and there are several different scenarios that could be improved in HyperScience. One area is where there are multiple tables in the same form I have seen HyperScience struggle. There is some issue with supporting the extraction from multiple tables involved on the same form. If this could improve, it would be a big benefit."
"Extracting tables from certain documents could be improved."
"HyperScience has less capability while working on unstructured forms. Unstructured forms are those where there is no standard structure and the information can be anywhere on the form. They need to develop this capability."
"They could work on the price and make it a bit more reasonable."
"The solution lacks support for a greater range of languages."
"HyperScience could improve the unstructured data extraction feature."
