Seamless automation for workflows, customizable and UI friendly
I would rate the stability a seven out of ten because other tools in the market have extra capabilities that BizFlow doesn't have yet. They have some built-in capabilities and AI features, and everyone is thinking about how to implement AI in their area. I haven't seen any updates from BizFlow on this, but they might plan to implement it soon. However, we don't have this capability right now. This could be one reason why people might move from BizFlow to another tool. For example, with Nintex, we can integrate Google Cloud and achieve some functionality from Google Cloud as well. IBM also introduced some free tests in their DPM services with AI. These are good things in the market right now.
Excellent task manager software - supports both management and workflow
Excellent task manager software - supports both management and workflow. Time tracking is available and much used in our firm. Integration with Microsoft Outlook is also a great feature, along with the ability to access from mobile. Being able to use Comindware Tracker for common processes or standalone tasks for crucial in our decision to test the software. The software is flexible and computer-novice friendly, making training required minimal and efficient to implement.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Overall, BizFlow has provided seamless integration of Human-Centric and Integration-Centric BPM capabilities to enable efficient use of Personnel resources while automating data-driven activities via web service interactions."
"Working with BizFlow (the company) has been an equal pleasure."
"There are so many advantages. First things, like we have a seamless automation capability available here in BizFlow. Totally customizable, UI we can create, and the third-party integration is also achievable. Not with the in-built functionality, but with custom code and all, we can achieve that thing also."
"Comindware Tracker gives a lot of configurations and business rules to the administrators, and these can also be delegated to business users so that they could build and maintain their own step-based workflows."
"I love this software because this software helps me to increase team productivity day-by-day."
"Low code development."
"I love this software because this software helps me to increase team productivity day-by-day."
"It helps very well with project management, and the workflow process is very easy and fast."
"The best part is no coding is required, so it's extremely easy to understand and its usage with the non-technical team has reduced the need for commercial training of the workforce."
"Customize workflow processes visually and interactively."
"The configurable dashboard analytics and reporting capabilities ensure timely decision making."

Cons

"Nintex provided an in-built functionality. Like integration-related things, so many service types are available. You just have to configure it. So, such kinds of things decrease the timing of development. So, it is missing in Bizflow."
"I suggest BizFlow create look up functionality to add and cache reusable form data (e.g., static drop down data) as it is required in almost every software application."
"I suggest BizFlow continue to invest in JDK 64 bit and Siteminder integration for single sign on."
"The initial setup seemed a bit complex, and there is no great documentation."
"Figuring out how to integrate defined teams or groups into this system is difficult, and there are no contextual menus."
"The UX/UI could be reviewed and revamped to meet new the criteria of digitalization and innovation."
"The initial setup can be quite slow and finicky."
"It would be wonderful to have newer version releases more frequently, but it is quite a minor con."
"It lacks workflow samples, which would make it even easier for non-technical users to build their own apps."
"I would like them to offer a one-time payment plan that one can choose."
"If your organization has only a few team members then this tool is not suitable."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pricing is a main concern for any organization, but some big organizations may find it affordable. For example, in Indian currency, it would be around 1,000 per license for a BizFlow license."
"The pricing and licensing is as per market standards, except that the process of extending licenses is also easy."
"I benefit from this software by getting a variety of reporting options and features for a relatively low cost"
"The price is so reasonable."
"Price per user works for me when they do not count my clients, which fill forms."
"Setup cost is reasonable and average on the market. They offer simple licensing and price per user."
"This solution has a very lost cost."
"Great value for the money."
