It is a community product, there is not much support we can expect.
The toolset is very intuitive, so we didn’t need to contact their support much.

I have not encountered issues myself, but one of my colleagues found that support was provided quite late, resolving the problem in one or two days rather than instantly.

If I rate scalability from one to ten, I would probably give it a six.
Almost all customers would buy into this because it is offering a benchmark, enabling them to see what they are investing in and its value.

If any webMethods.io product is installed on-premises and a company wants to scale its application, either vertical scaling or horizontal scaling is needed.
Vertically, scalability is fine, however, I have not expanded horizontally with the product yet.

There are some issues like the tool hanging or the need for additional jars when exposing web services.
We provide support to our clients, and the minimum calls I receive are for webMethods.io; it's very stable.
Reporting capabilities can be improved more, and community support should be increased.
For more mature environments, the integration to live systems is lacking, which affects its applicability.
The decision map could be improved to allow more than three options at a decision point.
It should also integrate with non-SAP systems for better functionality.
I think the price of SAP Signavio Process Manager is a little bit high.
Despite trying several times, I still do not get it. SAP could consider having AI capabilities to suggest how it can be done immediately on the screen itself, perhaps in the form of a virtual assistant or something.
webMethods.io lacks advanced monitoring and analytics capabilities, so my customers need to use something additional.
When comparing the license cost and request per minute cost, webMethods.io needs to address that.
A special discount of at least 50% for old customers would allow us to expand our services and request more resources.
Bizagi's pricing is very aggressive, and it was one of the reasons we chose it.
After SAP acquired Signavio, the prices increased significantly, making it too expensive for our small company to afford.
From an India INR standpoint, it felt pricey initially. But at the same time, I think the value it brought to the organization was much greater than what we paid for.
Regarding the pricing and licensing of webMethods.io, I don't think it's expensive when compared with the features.
It is open source.
The user interface is very good, making it easy for business people to understand.
Bizagi has rich functionalities; compared to other BPMN tools, it has more features.
The ability to perform queries is a feature unique to SAP Signavio Process Manager, and it proves to be very useful for our needs.

The third most important feature from a process excellence standpoint is the repository that is provided. There is a dictionary feature that avoids duplication and allows processes to be standardized across regardless of which teams build the process maps.

If we want to make a REST API, SOAP, REST, or any other type, all kinds of things are put in one box and we can make anything we want to.
I believe data transformation is exceptional in webMethods.io because they have an online database that can cache the database online.
