Streamlined customer onboarding has reduced processing time from days to under an hour
There are several phenomenal features in Adobe Sign, and for me personally, the web forms feature is one of the best because it allows flexibility and the ability for signers to access the documents remotely without having to be sent a document for signature. All they need is a link or a QR code to the actual web form, which enables them to fill in and sign the document electronically on any device. The web forms feature has saved a lot of time and administration back and forth from a customer and supplier perspective. In general, it has added a whole level of efficiency for the organization as a whole. As mentioned with the customer registration document, Adobe Sign has greatly improved efficiency for the processing of customer registration documents. Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes.

Has improved document tracking and team collaboration but formatting inconsistencies have caused delays
I find the new updated formatting and template system in DocuSign problematic. When I format and create content in their new updated system, the preview looks different from what I see during editing. I must take manual notes to adjust page breaks, add or remove content because it formats completely different between preview and editing screen. When moving content from Word, the formatting doesn't remain consistent. I preferred the classic editor. While there is a Word add-in that could potentially alleviate this issue, I don't have access to it due to system administration restrictions. This is my biggest challenge, making template creation more time-consuming than necessary. In DocuSign, when I have signatures on both the left-hand and right-hand side of the page, the spacing should remain consistent. Currently, they overlap when signed, forcing me to create a new line item for each signature, which unnecessarily lengthens the document.

"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"I give the stability a ten out of ten."
"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"The ability to sign digitally is very convenient."
"I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately."
"This has reduced the need for paper approvals and has also reduced the recurring purchase of paper rims and other printer consumables in the organization and is leading us to our paperless roadmap."
"What I have found to be the most valuable aspect of this solution is the fact that I don't have to go out and meet the other party in person. I can just take care of what I need to online."
"We can structure the signature."
"This speeds up the sign-off process."
"You can customize how you want to use the solution."
"I appreciate that I can see when they've viewed the document, when they've signed the document, and the status of the document, which is probably my favorite feature in DocuSign."
"DocuSign has definitely impacted my organization with efficiency gain; it's much faster and easier to get approvals than routing documents manually for signature through email."
"DocuSign is easy to use. I also like the document tracking features."

Cons

"The biggest problem I experienced when using Adobe Sign for the first time was that it was new software for me, and it sometimes crashed or closed automatically due to my PC or laptop hanging."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"I could always use better security around the solution."
"Moving the boxes around can be a bit annoying, so the AI element in the UI should be significantly improved to make the process smoother."
"If the workflow becomes heavy, the system slows down, requiring consultation with the team to get the workflow load relieved."
"It should automatically be datestamped beside the signature."
"There are sometimes delays in user communication."
"We'd like to have some integration with some of our IT services."
"The biggest friction point I have encountered with DocuSign is that I would implement MFA or some kind of verification mechanism while signing documents with DocuSign so that I can eliminate phishing incidents."
"I find the new updated formatting and template system in DocuSign problematic. When I format and create content in their new updated system, the preview looks different from what I see during editing."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"The tool is expensive."
