My main use case for Adobe Sign internally from an organization perspective is that I have set up a customer registration form, which has streamlined processing new customer information internally so that we can add the customer data and information into our financial system.

When we meet with a new customer and need to onboard them into our system, we normally send them a registration link built using Adobe Sign with the web forms feature. Once the customer receives the link to the web form, they have the ability to fill in all of their organizational details, including their organization entity name, their classification, and additional information such as their tax number, their banking details, and their accounting contact. The web form also gives them the ability to upload tax documentation, customer registration documentation, and banking details. Once that has been filled in and signed by the customer, it is routed to an internal Learning Curve approval process where an admin person reviews the registration form.

Once the admin person is satisfied with all of the information, the internal administrator approves the registration form, captures the information into our financial system, and thereafter it is routed to a financial manager for final approval. The financial manager reviews the information inputted into the financial system and provides any specific, special payment term arrangements for that specific customer. Once approved, all three parties—the customer and the two internal approvers—receive a signed copy of the Adobe Sign customer registration document.

There are several phenomenal features in Adobe Sign, and for me personally, the web forms feature is one of the best because it allows flexibility and the ability for signers to access the documents remotely without having to be sent a document for signature. All they need is a link or a QR code to the actual web form, which enables them to fill in and sign the document electronically on any device.

The web forms feature has saved a lot of time and administration back and forth from a customer and supplier perspective. In general, it has added a whole level of efficiency for the organization as a whole.

As mentioned with the customer registration document, Adobe Sign has greatly improved efficiency for the processing of customer registration documents. Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes.

Adobe Sign has a phenomenal roadmap in terms of new features being added, and this is constantly being enhanced on a quarterly basis based on customer information. At this stage, I cannot make any recommendations for improvements.

I have been using Adobe Sign actively for at least about five to seven years, and I have good technical insight and knowledge on the product.

Adobe Sign is stable.

Adobe Sign enables you to scale the product very easily, with many options available to you in terms of pre-built out-of-the-box integrations, the main one being Microsoft.

Customer support for Adobe Sign is phenomenal. Adobe has enterprise-grade support available 24/7, 365 days a year. You can call them at any stage, log a priority ticket, and you will be contacted in less than an hour, both telephonically and over email, for assistance and support related to your technical query.

Adobe Sign was automatically provisioned when we purchased the license.

We are a platinum reseller for Adobe.

The only metrics I can share is that a process that previously took up to 10 days can now be completed in less than an hour.

Pricing for Adobe Sign was very straightforward. It is licensed per transaction, and while it does have a per-user licensing model, ultimately it is very efficient and cost-effective as a whole.

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Adobe Sign.

This specific use case has streamlined our customer onboarding process, which used to take a couple of weeks or a couple of days depending on when documents were received. With this new process in place, we can pretty much onboard a new customer in less than an hour, allowing us to generate invoices and send them official quotes from our system, which has enabled a whole level of efficiency for customer onboarding.

From a security perspective, Adobe Sign is one of the best in the market. All Adobe Sign transactions come with a detailed audit report that reflects the customer IP address, the date and time of signing, and most importantly, the document is encrypted, which is tamper-proof. It also incorporates a transaction ID that can be validated against the Adobe Sign website at any stage.

My use cases for Adobe Sign include working in NNE until April, where I played as an Adobe Enterprise Admin for global NNE. I acted as a middleman between Adobe Enterprise Support and Adobe Enterprise Admin in NNE, bringing new features and being the first point of contact to communicate with Adobe Enterprise Support to implement them in NNE. I am very experienced in adding users' accounts, creating users' accounts, and creating products for users.

I used the Advanced Sharing method extensively in Adobe Sign for our seven major projects in NNE, creating different groups for different projects to see each other's agreements and track their statuses. If someone goes on holiday or is sick, the agreement won't get delayed due to the Advanced Sharing method, allowing us to switch over to the user's account and track the agreement.

I also helped people in NNE significantly to use the Advanced Sharing method, and we utilized reports in Adobe Sign to track how many agreements were in progress, canceled, and specifically related to projects. Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site, which made work much easier. Before that integration, we often faced issues where signed documents would not return and be stored in the SharePoint site, but after the flow was created, we didn't receive any issues with receiving signed documents. We heavily relied on Adobe Sign for signature workflows, Advanced Sharing method, tracking reports, creating products, and assigning accounts to new users.

Adobe Sign is very easy to use, and anyone can easily understand and use it independently. If I teach them once, that's sufficient. They can easily grasp it by themselves, but I still make documentation every time I learn new key points or processes. I also create videos for easier access for all users on a common SharePoint site, where people can easily view the processes if they forget, which is beneficial after taking time off for vacations.

The customer support team from Adobe is very responsible. Whenever I raise a request in Adobe Sign, especially regarding documents that miss content, they clearly explain that large documents sometimes cause issues, and recommend converting the document into a PDF file before sending it for signature, which resolved the issues we faced. They respond immediately whenever I raise a request.

I cannot answer how Adobe Sign can be improved now because I haven't worked with it in the last two months as I recently lost my job, so I need some time to look into that again.

I have been using Adobe Sign for the last two years until April 30th of 2025.

While using Adobe Sign, I didn't face any challenges. Even if I encounter an error, I find that Adobe Sign is easy to handle. If I search on Google for issues, I always find helpful material, as they have already documented solutions for common issues, making it quite easy to resolve them.

Adobe Sign is very cost-effective, as most of the more than 2,000 employees at NNE use Adobe Sign signatures due to our various external customers. While I don't know the exact pricing, it's quite affordable.

My manager is in good contact with Adobe Enterprise Support, and we have frequent monthly meetings with the US team to discuss new features and how to implement them at NNE.

I would recommend Adobe Sign to other people, probably Mikkel from NNE, whose initials are UKRG. I would definitely recommend Adobe Sign to other people. On a scale of 1-10, I rate Adobe Sign a 10.

My main use case for Adobe Sign is for illustration. I use Adobe Sign for tracing JPG images and converting them into PDF and SGML formats as per client requests.

When I open Adobe Sign, the first thing I do is select a predefined template according to our company standards. Once I select the template, I use it to create or update the new BOM, bill of material, or to edit any JPG images.

I work at Mphasis with a team of 24 people, out of which eight members are technical writers and illustrators, and we use Adobe Sign for our work.

Before using Adobe Sign, we first check our email and finalize which work is important or urgent, then we proceed with the urgent work using specific tools such as Adobe Sign, MadCap Flare, and Confluence.

The best features of Adobe Sign that I use the most are exporting and macros.

There are no features that came up during implementation that I am not using today.

Using Adobe Sign helps us deliver projects before deadlines because it reduces the illustration part and allows for exporting one document into multiple formats efficiently, which is very helpful for us and our organization.

If we use any tool instead of Adobe Sign, converting one PDF into multiple formats such as XML, SGML, and SVG takes time. We need to convert JPG and PNG images separately. However, with Adobe Sign's macros, we can convert the same output PDF into different formats without repeating steps, saving us significant time.

Due to that, we can save a maximum of two to three hours per day and are improving our productivity with clarity.

We are not collaborating on Adobe Sign because there is no option to collaborate on it.

I want Adobe Sign to include a Content Management System portal feature so users can utilize Adobe Sign offline, which would be helpful for everyone.

I have been familiar with Adobe Sign for more than two years.

The biggest problem I experienced when using Adobe Sign for the first time was that it was new software for me, and it sometimes crashed or closed automatically due to my PC or laptop hanging. If we are not connected to the cloud, we can lose our files and productivity when it crashes. However, if connected to the cloud, we can access different versions of files and restore any version.

I do not think there are any features I wish Adobe Sign had. I would rate this review based on the overall experience and feedback provided throughout this assessment.

The primary use case is for all required documentation for signatures.

There are many valuable features for me; for example, it's reliable, and it never goes down. It's easy to use and train people because people generally have experience with PDFs.

They're constantly improving it, so it's hard to say that there's one particular thing. There are some smaller types of things, but overall, it's quite effective, and they do have a continuous improvement process in place, and they keep you informed of it. However, sometimes it takes work to keep up with the continuous improvements.

Our services cater to various needs, ranging from student registrations in universities to signing legal agreements in government, and electronically signing contracts in the commercial space, especially for organizations operating remotely without access to printing facilities or standard office functionality.

From a wide-angle view, the most valuable feature of Acrobat Sign is the failover mechanism because it is comprehensive. In case Acrobat Sign encounters an issue, there is a significant backup plan in place, with zero downtime on AZURE or Amazon Web Services. For instance, if one region experiences a problem, another region can quickly take over, which is incredibly beneficial.

The most valuable aspect of Acrobat Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through AZURE or AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage.

AI-powered agreement creation such as generate contract from prompt or suggesting approval flows based on past behaviour.

I have been using Acrobat Sign for approximately five years.

In my experience, Acrobat Sign has been a very stable solution, and I have not witnessed any significant downtimes that would have impacted users. As per their website, they claim a 99.3 percent uptime, and I have found this to be accurate.

Acrobat Sign is highly scalable. Once you begin using it within a particular department or division, it's easy to expand its use across the entire organization. You can even integrate it seamlessly into your Microsoft environment, making it even more scalable and versatile.

I use the support from Acrobat Sign on a regular basis. They are highly efficient.

I rate the support from Acrobat Sign a ten out of ten.

Yes, we have had scenario's whereby signing features in Acrobat Pro was reccomended instead of Acrobat Sign based on a needs analysis.

Setting up Acrobat Sign is a simple process that does not require any training courses. Upon purchasing the product, you can begin using it immediately. There are instructional videos available to aid in the setup process, and you can get started in a short amount of time with minimal effort.

For a basic use case, you can start using Acrobat Sign within an hour or two. However, if you require complex integrations, advanced workflows, or other customized features, the setup process could take longer, typically around two to four hours.

We implemented in house due to the simplicity and ease of using the solution.

We have received a return on investment using this solution.

Acrobat Sign is not expensive when compared to manual wet signature processes, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Acrobat Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support.

 The price range for AcrobatSign varies based on the volume purchased, typically ranging from $1 to $3 per transaction. The price point lowers as the volume increases.

I would highly recommend this solution to others. Acrobat Sign stands out among its competitors, especially with its unique features and the backing of Adobe as a company, particularly in PDF technology. Adobe is a well-known and trustworthy brand, and investing in their solution assures you that it will not become obsolete in the near future, but rather remain relevant for a long time to come.

Considering the solution's features, benefits, and value it offers, many people tend to overlook the potential savings of using Acrobat Sign, such as saving two to three dollars per transaction. With Adobe Sign, a single document can be sent for approval or signing to up to twenty-four individuals, eliminating the need to physically create and collect signatures, which can be time-consuming and energy-intensive. Using an online platform like Acrobat Sign is much more efficient and can provide a significant return on investment.

I rate Acrobat Sign a ten out of ten.

I used the solution to sign my W8 form. I used it to sign forms of all sorts. The company sent me a document via Adobe, and I simply signed it. 

It makes it very easy to handle my documentation administration. I don't have to print, sign, scan, and email. I simply sign the document, and the document gets sent back.

The ability to sign digitally is very convenient.

It offers good standard functionality offered by any digital signature software. 

It works. I have no notes for improvement. I do not need any extra features. 

I've been using the solution only occasionally.

The stability is good. There are no bugs or glitches. It does not crash or freeze. It has been reliable. The process was pretty seamless.

I do not have plans to use the solution in the future or increase usage. I pay for and use DocuSign. I used this solution as a one-off, as it was sent to me by a different company.

I've never used technical support. I am not sure how helpful or responsive they are when you need assistance.

I have used the enterprise and business versions of Adobe Sign.

We have utilized Adobe Sign to support our business relationships, including but not limited to NDAs, sales orders, purchase orders, and service orders. Additionally, we have implemented it for internal contracts between business units. Adobe Sign has also proved useful for inventory management, such as tracking storage, takeouts, and deliveries. Furthermore, we have utilized it for internal NDAs.

Using Adobe Sign has significantly improved our document delivery ETAs, allowing us to focus on other tasks. Our productivity has increased by over 300 percent. Previously, our processes could take up to three months, but now we can complete them in as little as fifteen minutes.

I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately.

All integrations with Adobe Sign are readily available without any paywalls. For instance, we initially integrated Adobe Sign with Microsoft Teams, followed by integrating it with SharePoint. Subsequently, we integrated it with SAP. What makes Adobe Sign impressive is that it enables us to integrate with any system effortlessly, and we can also create our custom integrations using APIs without any additional costs.

The price of the solution could improve for certain plans.

We chose to use Adobe Sign for its ease of adaptability and reassuring operation. When you upload and sign a document, it cannot be modified, ensuring the legal terms remain intact, and providing peace of mind that the signed document will remain the same. Additionally, the integration capabilities are great, making it an ideal solution for our business needs.

The initial setup of Adobe Sign is simple and quick. The registration process for users is straightforward - the administrator only needs to register the user's email to set up their account and password.

We have seen a return on investment using Adobe Sign.

One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs.

Once you have obtained the license or made the purchase, there is no need for additional investments, which is something that makes me very pleased. In case we have any special requirements in the future, we can address them internally without incurring any additional costs, allowing us to avoid any potential expenses.

Having the courage to use Adobe Sign is crucial because it offers a wide range of benefits that may not be apparent at first glance. Once you start using it, you will appreciate its value. Therefore, it is worth taking a shot and exploring its full potential. Sometimes people tend to stick to traditional methods, such as pen and paper or other solutions for signing documents without realizing the benefits of switching to Adobe Sign. One of the impressive features is the flexibility to configure it to suit our business processes rather than forcing us to adapt to the solution. This adaptability is something that makes Adobe Sign stand out as a neat and awesome solution.

I rate Adobe Sign a ten out of ten.

My primary use case for this solution is filling in information for the user and using Manage Engine to submit the technician for the user. Inside the Manage Engine, I can also make groups and log in to the portal where I can fill in the necessary fields like an email address or phone number.

Whenever a new employee comes, I would make a signature for them.

There were some issues I was facing where some users didn't get applied for a policy and the updates didn't send out. For example, If I changed the job title, it's not automatically updated and I have to make sure that the information is corrected. So sometimes it happens that when I log in, the script is wrong, so I have to remove the signature and make it update again.

I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information.

I have been using this solution for about one year.

My impression is that this is a stable solution.

I would rate the scalability of this solution a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. We have between 400 and 550 users of this solution in our company.

I would say that the initial setup process was straightforward. I think the initial setup took around three minutes.

It's very easy to use. You just have to sign in and sign the documentation. The digital signing process is very straightforward.

This is only the solution I know, however, I would recommend it to others. It is very easy to use.
