I appreciate that I can see when they've viewed the document, when they've signed the document, and the status of the document, which is probably my favorite feature in DocuSign.
DocuSign reduces paper use and hastens sign-off procedures, offering users convenience through online document handling and customization. Users appreciate document tracking and ease of use. However, customer service response and communication delays need improvement, as well as mobile app compatibility and IT integration. The system may slow under heavy workflow.
