Since we started using Zoom Workplace Business, everything has changed in my organization.
Zoom Workplace Business offers seamless compatibility across devices, remarkable stability, and praised screen sharing and recording features, enhancing communication. It supports small meetings to large webinars efficiently and ensures user confidence with advanced security. However, it lacks Outlook integration and limits free meetings to 40 minutes. Virtual backgrounds are difficult to implement, and additional tools and automation would enhance usability. Security features require improvement due to past issues.
