Its real-time outage detection and incident alerts significantly enhance customer experience with improved troubleshooting. While invaluable for performance insights, it could benefit from better packet analysis and application-level monitoring. Enhancements in monitoring network devices, cloud networks, and integration with Cisco products are needed. Extended documentation would aid in understanding metrics and testing mechanisms more effectively.
