ThousandEyes provides excellent service, simplifying installation and offering valuable integration capabilities and cost-effectiveness. Its standout features include network security and end-user monitoring, enhanced visibility between applications and end-users, and an effective path analyzer for error identification. However, ThousandEyes is expensive, lacks application-level monitoring and sufficient Cisco integration. More detailed documentation and improved synthetic request monitoring for network devices would be beneficial for tech buyers.
