For Software AG ARIS Process Mining, I would rate it number one among whatsoever tools I've used; the reason is the ease of use, and I have not come across a single feature that exists in other tools but is not found in Software AG ARIS Process Mining.

I guess we have many unnecessary steps within our processes. There is room for automation and room for enhancement within our application portfolio management...In short, I would like to eliminate unnecessary steps in some processes in this solution.
