We set up every email so that 20% goes out with version A, 20% goes out with version B, and then it will on its own decide the winner and send the remaining 60% to whichever one is the winner.
From my personal experience, just having one or two people working on HubSpot Marketing Hub compared to other organizations I've been in that have multiple people definitely provides ROI.
I have seen some return on investment with Salesforce Marketing Cloud through features such as reporting, automation, and Journey parts that save resources.

There's also a really great academy that I use often, both for my own education and as kind of a starting point for any new employees that I hire to make sure that they're up to speed.

I have communicated with the technical support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and would give them a rating of 9.5 since they have resolved my issues most of the time and are quite responsive.
Customer support could be improved, especially for new features.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for various tasks. It's easy to use and adaptable. After a little training, anyone can handle it efficiently. We use it for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation. We're not fully using marketing automation yet for smart content. I like the drag-and-drop feature for editing images and content in email templates. I don't need a developer to create designs. I can quickly test how emails look on different devices.4 The tool has built-in tools for creating marketing automation flows. I don't need other tools for this. The interface has improved, with dropdowns now on the left side toolbar. It's easier to use and access. Reporting is faster now. I can get lists in my Gmail within minutes. Creating properties and automation for smart content is easier, too. I can use smart tokens in subject lines now, which is impressive.

Customer support could be more helpful. The reporting could be better, with more engaging reports and the ability to collaborate more objects, like opportunities. Incorporating AI features similar to tools like HubSpot and Salesforce account engagement would be beneficial.
