Stable, scalable, and good interface
HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens. The usability from the old applications to the new version has been very good. It was great that we were able to migrate applications from the older version to the new one.

The interface for the security and compliance center could be simplified. It changes frequently, which can make it somewhat difficult for admins to stay up-to-date on where specific settings are located. The compliance center modification or improvement of Office 365 needs to be introduced. The rest of the features feel acceptable to me. The reason it is not a ten is because of the complexity of managing the vast array of admin settings, which requires a specialized IT team. Even though it meets industry standards for decent security compliance such as SOC and HIPAA, the complexity of managing the admin settings needs to improve.

"The most valuable feature is the mail server."
"This solution is the best one."
"HCL Verse has a nice interface and it is a practical email solution. There are a diverse set of features, such as the search bar on top of the screens."
"Quarantine email alerts to users to allow the email to their inbox (tricky but handy) - tricky if one doesn't have third-party email security, handy if one has got good third party email security)."
"Every application in the Office 365 bundle is beneficial, making day-to-day tasks easier."
"Office 365 has many new features compared to previous versions, such as updated graphs and PowerPoint templates, and the solution is mostly updated automatically, reducing the need for manual updates."
"My advice for people planning to use Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is that it's a very good solution, and they won't have problems using it."
"I like that mail and calendar are available anywhere."
"Office 365 has been user-friendly and easy to learn, and collaboration tools such as Teams are very useful, especially when managing our projects and gathering feedback from stakeholders."
"It has all the business tools that most companies require to run a business effectively."
"Office 365 has greatly aided my organization during the COVID period by facilitating remote work, meetings, and scheduling."

Cons

"The solution could improve by allowing us to use a color that we want in the editing boxes."
"The setup was not very easy due to higher security standards."
"Security is very important to us, so improvements to this functionality are welcome."
"The integration with third-party apps could be enhanced."
"I think it would be better if Office 365 enhanced communication about update policies."
"We have had some connectivity issues."
"In terms of improvements for Office 365, I don't think there is much that needs to be enhanced, but it might take some time to reload sometimes."
"The feature to convert PDF file to a Word document needs improvement as well as the feature to save the file automatically when typing, without using the save command."
"There are many issues with Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange, making it difficult to identify positive aspects."
"Office 365 could allow for smoother collaboration with other companies, which is the main reason we use it. The B2B connection is something we need, like global adverse lists between two tenants or multiple users. That's what we're missing at the moment."
"Office 365 can be improved by increasing support, which currently is not efficient and takes a lot of time to resolve issues."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of the solution is reasonable."
"This is an affordable solution but the price could be improved."
"The pricing is good for all the features that we receive, e.g., Skype for Business."
"The pricing is high and has actually caused us to limit the number of licenses we purchase due to budgeting."
"I would rate the solution 3 out of 5 for the price. I think Microsoft presents a good solution concerning the price."
"The pricing/licensing is easy to manage."
"For the moment, we are paying on a monthly basis because we are still adapting the support and how we want to proceed. I think we will move to paying for the annual license."
"We have a license to use this solution. We have an E3 license which covers many different solutions."
"I think that we pay $9.99 USD per user, monthly."
"The pricing is not really high, but one can get the software with the license key for free."
