Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"We haven't had any issues with scalability - we have over a thousand employees, and G Suite just scales.""The initial setup is very easy.""The solution helps us to collaborate.""It's stable. There isn't really any downtime.""Good performance, even on relatively slow connections; no local apps required.""We find Google Drive and mail useful for our services.""The product can scale easily.""In terms of email, I could probably do the same things with other programs, however, I find 90% of my usage is Gmail."

"It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences.""Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""The product is used very extensively in my company since we have around 1,500 users using it. Also, there is no requirement for any administrators to manage the product by the people who own the solution.""IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.""It's scalable and stable.""The most valuable feature of IceWarp is the chat rooms and file-sharing, they are useful. It is convenient that everything is in one place. You can easily share and collaborate documents, making the program's unity a significant advantage.""The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions.""An effective, functional, very good tool for controlling resources."

Cons
"Their tool called Sheets is the counterpart to Excel but it doesn't have the same functionality that Excel would have. So usually if somebody needs to go back to Excel or Office, it's because of Excel.""Google Workspace needs to be more flexible, like Microsoft Excel.""The tool should improve its on-prem capabilities to include people who are working offline. The pricing is also a challenge for both the Indian and overseas markets. The tool has a cap of 300 licenses. The product's price has also increased by 10 percent. Businesses are struggling to justify the ROI. Users cannot block emails unless they have a strong firewall.""If your storage requirements in day-to-day work are large, then it will incur an additional cost since free storage is limited.""The solution could always be more secure, although that doesn't affect me so much.""Google Workspace has limitations as a document or file management system. Without a workspace account, manual actions are required to perform tasks such as managing groups of people. Additionally, managing permissions individually is a time-consuming and inefficient process. It's difficult to articulate, but the process is not very streamlined.""I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface. Google Sheets currently lacks macros and cross file links which can be found in Excel.""Google Meet can have a bit more functionality. It should show the views of more people. Right now, it shows just eight at a maximum, or six. When there are more people on the call, more than eight, everyone is not showing."

More Google Workspace Cons →

"Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way.""It is difficult to disable user rights on the console so some users accidentally delete their documents or user details.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail.""The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes.""I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications.""Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA.""The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version."
