Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution's voice services work well for our company.""An effective, functional, very good tool for controlling resources.""It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences.""Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""It's scalable and stable.""IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.""The product is used very extensively in my company since we have around 1,500 users using it. Also, there is no requirement for any administrators to manage the product by the people who own the solution.""The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions."

"The solution has more security compared to other products. Zoho Mail comes with TLS and SSL. It has email-sharing features. It is an advanced product.""Zoho Mail organizes your email well, and you can do a lot of things if you use other Zoho applications along with it.""The notifications, scheduling, and meetings are all integrated.""The most valuable features of Zoho Mail are its security, integration with cloud storage, and wide range of features available. It integrates well with Outlook and mobile devices.""Zoho Mail is a stable product.""Zoho gives you a set amount of free users, so you can use it until you reach the limit and see if it's something you want to adopt. I tried it and stuck with it. Since then, I've seen a lot of improvement. I already think it's top-notch, but I believe it will become one of the best in the world.""We can create email accounts for our customers.""It also offers the search functionalities. For end users, the search is quite easy to use. There are a few tabs to select to find exactly what you're looking for. It's pretty simple. As long as the data is available, you can use filters like from whom, to whom, subject, attachment, and even use advanced settings. It's pretty nice."

Cons
"The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version.""I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications.""The exchange compatibility mode is rather limited. Their technical support can also be better. They only provide online support, and there should be some option for escalating.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way.""Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail.""It is difficult to disable user rights on the console so some users accidentally delete their documents or user details.""The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes."

More IceWarp Cons →

"The initial setup of Zoho Mail can take some time because we have 30 to 35 users and we need to register each one. This can take one or two days to complete. The process could be better for administrators to register their users. If the setup interface was better in explaining the process it would be helpful to become more user-friendly.""Zoho Mail needs to improve its integration because direct integration is not possible with many applications.""The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality.""The solution doesn't need to be improved.""The solution’s stability could be improved.""Zoho Mail needs to add an IT system management feature.""We face some challenges in our current architecture with the introduction of data privacy regulations. When you are sending a calendar invite to a group of people for a meeting or an event, there is no structure for privacy. You can't hide all the contacts. Maybe that feature exists, but I don't know where it is."
