Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"What ClearSight will do is it actually maps out the conversation for you."

More ClearSight Analyzer Pros →

"The solution is scalable.""I liked Network Configuration Manager. They had some pretty decent features there, and they also had pretty good monitoring and alerts.""Some of the useful features are NetFlow and analytics.""The uptime and monitoring are valuable to us because we need to monitor the uptime of our services, the memory, and the CPUs.""The most valuable feature of ManageEngine OpManager is the management of the virtual machine and the host machine.""We find the networking aspect of this solution to be the most valuable.""Device monitoring is a good tool of this solution.""The solution gives pretty good network visibility. I am also impressed with it's monitoring."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"I would like to see a multi-user version where you can have a launch platform and, potentially, instead of buying six licenses you buy 12 seats or something like that."

More ClearSight Analyzer Cons →

"ManageEngine OpManager could improve by having a better cloud presence.""ManageEngine OpManager can improve by having better updates for critical issues.""What I'd like ManageEngine OpManager to improve on is artificial intelligence. In particular, the machine learning feature should be integrated with the sensor flow. Doing this will give leverage, especially when you look at other products such as the Cisco DNA Center. When a switch goes down, I should be able to build on the correlation of other physical devices it's connected to so that I can integrate that with my CA CMDB. The ManageEngine OpManager team needs to draw a long-term roadmap where that feature becomes an integral part of the solution because right now, machine learning in ManageEngine OpManager is a long process. The solution doesn't have MLS search and I want to see ML being developed and applied for CA CMDB to greatly reduce the burden of tying everything. For example, if I have a data center switch that goes down now, I should know what server it's connected to, and when that switch goes down at twenty-four ports, I would get twenty-four alerts for different devices plugged in. I should be able to make a correlation that the major problem lies in the switch and not with the twenty-four elements connected to that switch. That is where machine learning should come into play and the ManageEngine OpManager AI should indicate "This is where the root of your problem is." It could be difficult, but this is a feature that should be improved or added to the solution.""There should be an option to get mobile notifications or SMS mirror notifications for critical issues. That way, when we don't have access to email, we can still receive notifications via our phones.""ManageEngine OpManager could improve the default dashboards that are available. We are not able to customize them easily and they do not give us the information we need unless we customize them. You need to have the technical knowledge to be able to do it, the customization should be easier.""The two views into the system are very good but could be extended to further customization to fit the need of end users in a variety of roles.""The dashboard could include more features.""It is sometimes difficult to manage the user interface. It can get very complicated."

Pricing and Cost Advice
Information Not Available
  • "It was pretty modest because you could get it in different ways. I think the six licenses, at that time, were about $1,000 each. But then again, I work for a school and educators tend to get discounts on things. So maybe it cost us about five or six hundred a copy."
  • More ClearSight Analyzer Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "As far as cost, it was around six hundred thousand rands ($40,500) for the year, for the renewals. That's the total cost for a four thousand node system including support and maintenance."
  • "The licensing costs depend on the number of devices and accounts that are being monitored by the solution."
  • "The initial cost is low and the add-ons are reasonable."
  • "We had perpetual licenses. The cost was around 36,000 for OPManager, and then you'd have the yearly maintenance fee of 2,000 or 3,000."
  • "The licensing is on a yearly basis and the pricing is on the cheaper side."
  • "In terms of pricing, I would rate it a two out of five. It was expensive."
  • "ManageEngine OpManager has a three-tier licensing model."
  • "We have a standard license for ManageEngine OpManager. We purchased the license for one year and now we are upgrading it soon."
