Have improved workflows through automation but faced challenges with feature limitations and unclear pricing
The impact of those automation features on our operational efficiency is huge; however, what I don't appreciate about it is that it's very limited; it's limited to Bullhorn and, even within Bullhorn, it's limited to the candidate, the placement, the job, and the contact entity. You cannot automate files, notes, or change requests, so it's very limited, and they also don't do any further development in this anymore since AI is on the market. When it comes to automation in Bullhorn, I would appreciate seeing that automation is possible for integrating files. For example, that you can say, show me all candidates who don't have a file or which have a file that is older than one year, or which have a file type of resume or contract. I would appreciate seeing the possibility to build automations based on change requests, where you can automate according to the status submitted or approved, which is currently not possible, or automation based on notes. When it comes to the missing features in Bullhorn, I have numerous suggestions. Recently they introduced the AI assistant, which is a chatbot within Bullhorn that can refer to candidate, contact, and job data, which is great. However, the output from your prompt can only be copied to a clipboard and not inserted into a Bullhorn field, meaning you always have to do three, four more clicks to get it over to an email or to the field that publishes the job ad. This functionality has to be developed further because there are other tools that can already do this. The prompting and formatting possibilities within the prompt are very limited as well. Regarding AI, there is no match top candidates functionality that provides results good enough to use. We are already using the Textkernel search, which is the future search Bullhorn will integrate. Additionally, we also work with Bullhorn Onboarding, which is a catastrophe; it's not further developed, and they have not provided a new solution for the German-speaking market in five years. We also use the Canvas reporting tool that lacks further development; there are limitations on what you can build reports on. I would appreciate seeing improvements there, and to close this circle, I would appreciate seeing a kind of avatar that can conduct a first interview with a candidate.

BPM workflows have accelerated decisions but complex projects still need better support and pricing
The biggest benefit of using Creatio for my company is the very fast start, but it is a solution aimed at middle and big companies since the minimal price for a license is $10,000 plus some costs for integration. It is not a budget solution for many companies, but it is very powerful and a very fast tracking solution. It is a SaaS solution, and all negatives apply to all SaaS products. It is a problem for clients because if I want to organize a big project, I have some problems with the Creatio environment for testing and development, leading to expensive DevOps operations to synchronize many environments. It is not very well, but I do not know how it can improve.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"What I appreciate most about Bullhorn's core functionalities and ATS functionalities is that it is highly customizable, the UI is very user friendly, and it's very easy to train."
"What I appreciate best about Bullhorn is its user interface, which is really nice, and I enjoy the flexibility that you have with it and how you can customize it to meet your needs."
"With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant."
"Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option."
"Some of the best features of Sales Creatio are end-user ease of use, user interface, and speed of data entry, and the abundance of features at a very low cost is also notable."
"Intuitive, low-code CRM platform that's easy to integrate and use."
"There's not a single CRM out there that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM."
"It provides a customizable platform that enables companies to safely store and recognize customer data, as well as connect multiple channels and other related services."
"I like Creatio's workflows, automation, and no-code features that we can update as we wish."
"Its configurability in terms of being able to change screens and fields and create workflows that are compatible with our business objectives is most valuable."

Cons

"I think one thing that could be improved is that it's expensive."
"Bullhorn Onboarding, which is a catastrophe; it's not further developed, and they have not provided a new solution for the German-speaking market in five years."
"The marketing feature needs to be improved. Documentation on their website, or their knowledge base, also needs expansion and improvement."
"It is a problem for clients because if I want to organize a big project, I have some problems with the Creatio environment for testing and development, leading to expensive DevOps operations to synchronize many environments."
"To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that."
"Creatio's mobile app could be more intuitive."
"There is still some room for improvement in the overall look and feel of the software."
"Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited."
"The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved."
"Sales Creatio should include better customizations."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Pricing for this solution is more affordable than Salesforce, and the costs are upfront."
"Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution."
"Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product."
"Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60."
