I find SnapLogic to be user-friendly, especially for beginners with limited experience in data engineering or ETL. The interface is interactive, allowing me to quickly learn how to run pipelines and achieve production-ready results swiftly. This agility translates to cost savings, especially for smaller projects and proofs of concept, as less time and effort are needed to deliver results.

I am quite happy with the solution and do not have specific requirements at the moment. I tend to frequently communicate with SnapLogic to ask for additional features, and they have been responsive. While new features are always welcome, I do not have anything else at the top of my mind currently.

We have our own internal team, which is great. SnapLogic support is okay. When we have issues that can't be fixed internally, we call them and they can help us. If there's an issue with the platform or an issue with the component they have to fix it. It takes some time. It would be nice if it could be a bit faster. However, when we deal with them, we have to wait in a queue and they sometimes have hundreds of customers they have to share their time with. They don't really have support set up to fast-track urgent issues, for example.
