What is most valuable?
Provisioning of new systems is among the most impactful features for automating complex workflows with
ServiceNow Orchestration. The security provisioning and 360-degree visibility are instrumental in unifying processes across my company and its sister companies.
What needs improvement?
The third-party integrations are challenging when the tools are not from
ServiceNow partners. This presents issues when integrating solutions from other vendors.

ITSM solutions to achieve a full 360-degree visibility.

The implementation typically involves thirty people, including engineers, administrators, managers, and stakeholders. The combination of roles ensures that all necessary expertise is brought into the implementation process.
What was our ROI?
The first and biggest achievement is the smooth process in terms of time savings. In terms of ROI, the investment returns about thirty percent in the first year, and it is nearly the same in subsequent years.
