Salesforce Einstein Analytics Reviews

As a sales representative, my primary tool for data analysis is Salesforce Einstein Analytics, which I predominantly utilize for sales-related activities near Rina. Additionally, I regularly review the tracked figures within the platform to ensure that I meet all the required performance metrics expected by the company.

Salesforce Einstein Analytics can be described as a valuable tool for providing measurable data that aids in understanding performance. It offers consistent measurements and enables effective comparisons of individual and team results within the organization.

We use Einstein Analytics to evaluate sales and marketing metrics.

Einstein Analytics provides insights into what we are doing and how we are doing it. It tells us what benchmarks we need to hit consistently to achieve our goals.  In sales, there is sometimes a disconnect between actions and objectives. We aren't necessarily going to close a deal because we call X number of people. There are some underlying skills that add nuance to these metrics. 

We had a pretty large Salesforce deployment across our company. This deployment was for all internal customers around our globe, such as shared services and business services, which were connected with the contact centers in each region of the world (NA, LATAM, ASPAC and EMEA).  Salesforce was the platform that we consolidated all our Level 1 and Level 2 processes on. We brought it together with Genesis across all call centers which integrated our platforms. 

When we first did the assessment, this was at a global level. We were putting in a standardized software platform for all the corporate functions, such as HR, finance, procurement, payroll, and compliance. We standardized all their processes on Salesforce case management and knowledge management.  Key day to day to day integration was required with ServiceNow and Workday and other financial systems, such as SAP. We used Salesforce as one of our enterprise platforms.

We use ServiceNow for the IT side of our operations and needed to e-bond tickets and requests across these systems

The most valuable features of Salesforce Einstein Analytics is the flexibility around the deployment, overall capabilities, user-friendliness, and interactions with the tools that came built with it.

The interaction with AI for Salesforce Einstein Analytics was required for our contact agents and some of our portal capabilities. With the Bot and self-service capabilities, we built a global portal. The Salesforce Einstein Analytics and automation capabilities were key for the self-service capabilities that we were trying to deploy as part of this digital transformation. We put all of our documents in and we digitized almost all documents and put everything online. Salesforce Einstein Analytics helped in the evaluation of these solutions. It helped navigate for the end-users which were all internal. We had some external requirements as well because we ended up providing procurement and financial services for third party invoicing and procurement. Salesforce Einstein Analytics Einstein helped in the user effectiveness and efficiencies around the interactions.

We have had very extensive use cases of the solution in our organization. So, we had a lot of data that had to be populated and visualized. Around 50% of my project tasks are done online using the solution.

With the solution, our organization helped its clients visualize their investments. Basically, we were into private banking and investment management.

We use Service Cloud. We use it to classify the cases and get the escalation scores correctly. We also use it for knowledge management. We have multiple use cases.

The out-of-the-box features are very good for organizations to get into data-driven mode. If we have an implementation of Service Cloud, we can use our data to make decisions based on analytics. For example, we raise requests on our website, and the website classifies the cases into different categories. The case will go to the wrong support team if the category is wrong. 

The solution does analytical interventions and changes the category of the cases to the right team. It saves us a lot of time. The out-of-the-box features are good for companies that want to try analytics and data science interventions. The product has very good capabilities.

The tool is valuable. It's one of the greatest programs I'm currently working with, and I believe it will continue to be crucial in the next four to five years. It's the future of our operations. Integrating other systems and conducting campaigns is easy. The solution relies heavily on AI.

Generating reports is quite straightforward when working with Salesforce Einstein Analytics. It's really easy to obtain the necessary reports from there. With the assistance of AI, creating charts and generating reports becomes even easier, making it a time-saving activity.

The solution's integration with the CRM has improved our workflow efficiency. It's made capturing and saving data much easier.

The product is expensive.

My company uses Salesforce Einstein Analytics to build predictive models for sales. We have just started learning how to use it to implement solutions.

Salesforce Einstein Analytics has helped us close more business deals by giving us insights about our prospects or customers, including information like when we should call or send an email to our prospects and when there is a probability of closing an opportunity based on certain activities.
