I use Mailchimp for digital marketing purposes, such as creating and managing email campaigns, collecting data, and integrating with WordPress websites.

I find Mailchimp to be user-friendly and a good option for digital marketers.

MailChimp's most important functionality is its automation feature. 

The solution should improve its reporting feature. There should be more transparency around API development. At the moment, the clients are pushing custom API into the mail, so we don't have too much visibility regarding what endpoints they're pushing the data into.

We have integrated the MailChimp plugin into our WordPress website to collect subscribers. We've collected subscribers that are segmented automatically from the MailChimp dashboard. 

It also provides email templates that can be customized quickly. Running email campaigns is easy and straightforward. 

It gives a nice reporting dashboard of the active campaigns with bounce rate, open rates, clicks, etc. 

MailChimp also offers transactional emails for quickly authorizing our users. We have been happily using  MailChimp for all our email marketing needs.

Before MailChimp, sending bulk emails and managing subscribers used to take hours, and many subscribers were missed or lost. We had no idea how many of our emails were opened or clicked. 

After using MailChimp to collect and manage subscribers and newsletter campaigns, we are able to automate the whole process of email campaigns in just a few clicks. This has saved hours of manual and tedious work for our marketing department. With its rich reporting dashboard, we are able to gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

We use the solution for marketing communication. Any marketing is sent via MailChimp. If a lead doesn't complete the onboarding process, we'll let them know about some new feature or some new business offer. 

It allows the marketing team to run everything by themselves. It allows them to be very independent.

Regular user of this, after having shopped around and found this to suit my needs most. 

This has given DigiEnable the ability to send out engaging, interactive and great looking emails, with ease and relative speed, to keep in touch with our clients and subscribers. It's much better to use a client like Mailchimp to avoid getting our domain blocked by SPAMNet and the new GDPR rules!

I manage a membership group where we use MailChimp to send newsletters and invitations primarily to events. MailChimp is easy to use once you get used to it. 

This does not apply, as I took over an existing account in an existing organization.

Automation. Segmenting our database allows us control over content delivery and marketing multiple product mediums at the same time.

Probably automation again. We have multiple campaigns such as product marketing emails, seminar series emails, and blog content with referral emails that cross over various vertical markets. MailChimp enables us to manage how the content crosses over and monitors each series or campaign while providing in-depth analytics for each vertical market. Its simple API into our CRM also allows us better client management.

Seeing the click rates, i.e., what people are clicking on to gauge what the subscribers to our emails are interested in is the most valuable feature.

I can quickly send out newsletters without spending too much time building out the emails.
