The ability to track call flow and history simplifies call management while bridging issues persist
I find the ability to follow the calls, the call flow, the ability to look at the history, and more on the fault-finding tools to be valuable. It improved from a support model perspective. It simplified the licensing, reduced administration since it's based on calls, not based on users. It's about managing the calls and verifying we have enough space as opposed to always adding licenses for endpoints or users.

What I appreciate about TeamViewer Business is the reliable and secure connection experienced during file transfers or troubleshooting processes, even when we have to restart the PC; we are still able to connect to the customer quickly. TeamViewer Business offers a free version for both personal and business use. The free version actually covers all the features needed for secure remote connection, which is one of the positive aspects I have experienced. The secure connections and great file transfer feature are super fast and secure, with reliable features during the process of reconnecting and connecting back to clients. Back in 2009 and 2007, the internet did not have the faster features it has today. TeamViewer Business's file transfer feature has made things easier. Instead of downloading a file from a source like HP.com, we just have to transfer the file from our system to the customer securely and quickly. Many technical support people have benefited from that feature, which I find very reliable.

In my previous company, we were looking at this solution as being a collaborative tool for the enterprise in terms of video conferencing, calling, and scheduling. They were working on bringing a bunch of products together to make their suite a little more integrated, but it really wasn't at the point where we wanted it to be in terms of integration. We looked at it, reviewed it, and tested it out a bit. We then decided to go with Microsoft Teams. It has the clunkiness of having separate modules that aren't totally integrated. There are different methods for doing different things, which makes it a little bit more complicated. There should be the same way whether you are doing remote support or just calls."
