"What I like about the integration is that it is directly into Microsoft 365, users can use their Microsoft 365 credentials to log into the portal and access their mail."
"The solution is scalable."
"The piece that is most valuable from the Mimecast standpoint will be the sandboxing feature."
"The product is good. To date, we have not faced any challenges."
"The initial setup is very straightforward."
"Email security is the most valuable feature of the solution."
"We like the content filtering and secure messaging features."
"In the current environment that the world is in, everyone is trying to hack everyone else, so Project+ definitely helps a lot there."
"The archive feature is valuable."
"The most valuable feature of Proofpoint Email Protection is the TAP Dashboard. It provides more detailed information that can be used for forensic analysis. This is an advantage that other email security providers, such as Cisco, IronPort, or Microsoft do not offer in their dashboards."
"They have customized security rules, mature rules, anti-virus protection, as well as email authentication similar to SPF, DKIM, and DMARC."
"URL scanning and online relay service are the most valuable features of Proofpoint Email Protection."
"A one-stop shop for email protection"
"The spam filter for email is good."
"The solution blocks malicious emails containing viruses and malware and reduces them out of spam."
"The initial implementation is pretty easy to handle."
"From an administrative point of view, Mimecast is a little bit cumbersome and difficult. It's not something that the end-user can easily find navigate themselves."
"The solution should include more AI features instead of Mimecast's more general static configuration tooling."
"We have subscribed to an archival service, and yet, when we have to get our data out, we have to pay a fee to get our own data. They charge an extraction fee."
"I'd like to have better support from the product in the future."
"They should improve the cookies management feature."
"Their support should be improved. They are notorious for sending you to knowledge-based articles rather than actually talking to you, but that is, unfortunately, kind of becoming a trend with everything. In terms of features, I haven't had any complaints. However, I don't like the fact they moved to a paid training subscription model. They used to have a lot of free webinars for training, but they have started to charge for them in the past year."
"The price could be better, it should be reduced."
"As a user, the user interface of the management console could be upgraded, for example."
"The price could be improved."
"It's scalable, but the devil's in the details — you have to know your email volumes."
"Proofpoint Email Protection has a new approach to email security with its API feature. Currently, it only works with Office 365. In the future, it would be beneficial if it also works with Gmail, as Check Point is currently the only brand that has API email security for Gmail. It would be beneficial if Proofpoint Email Protection could add this integration, they would be more competitive with other vendors."
"Integration and filtering out who you want and don't want to have integrated ID could be improved."
"You only receive one model in Proofpoint Email Protection and the other ones you have to purchase at a high price. There should be more available with the solution and additional models should be less expensive."
"The solution could lower its price."
"It has too many screens. It is kind of a conglomeration of products. In other words, they built product A, product B, and product C, and they are yet to integrate them into a single administrative console. I would certainly like to see a more seamless administrative interface. I would also like to see them include more bang for the buck, by including features like email fraud protection, rather than making their product so piecemeal, where you are buying little pieces. I agree with the idea of having multiple tiers or layers, but maybe as small, medium, and large, as opposed to an a la carte menu."
"Some use cases haven't been dealt with yet."
