Easy installation and maintenance have improved data security with two-way encryption

I don't see any area for improvement in Sophos SafeGuard. Sophos SafeGuard doesn't have on-premises solutions; it's completely available on the cloud only. It's on a public cloud; they don't have any other deployment models, just their own lease. We are not properly aware if they are using AWS or Microsoft Azure since Sophos employs their own cloud solution, which I think is Amazon. AI is not integrated into Sophos SafeGuard; AI is available in EDR and XDR. AI is not required for this product; it is only focused on key management which they already manage well in other products. The overall rating for the product is a ten out of ten.

Fast with great patching and the ability to prioritize critical work

For a customer that had 4,000 devices, and at the time they had something that only supported Windows. We suggested this product, and the client was able to manage inventory and patch beyond just Windows devices. It helped them maintain compliance and patching permissions. They could do all the patching of all the devices within a week - offering less downtime.

"With Sophos, I only need to generate the password and give that to a user to be able to allow them to login to the admin page of the Endpoint and do whatever they need to do. The user cannot go ahead and uninstall it. It's kept us much more secure because of this. Should any event happen on a particular system, I'm given the username and the system IP address. I get notifications and can deal with issues right away."

"The most valuable feature is encryption control. If you have a laptop, it guarantees that the data is not missing or lost."
