Single sign-on saves time by seamlessly managing passwords and improving workflow efficiency
What I appreciate best about Imprivata OneSign are the single sign-on and the Confirm ID features. The single sign-on works seamlessly for all the nurses or the end users out there. You just have to log in to the application once and the single sign-on clicks in and works for everyone. Users don't have to manually remember all their passwords. Imprivata OneSign helps by remembering and storing all passwords. The integration capabilities of Imprivata OneSign offer many possibilities, and there are numerous upgrades Imprivata has been implementing. At this point, they are growing rapidly. There are new tools coming out for reporting and generating real-time analysis. Imprivata E-PAM is a new feature that I've been reading about in articles, which is going to help administrator people and enterprise administrator personnel to view real-time records and views for all end customers. Reporting and looking at logs for the users will be seamlessly efficient. I use the reporting tools available in Imprivata OneSign. The admin console itself has a reporting feature, which gives us a list of pre-built templates of reports where you can see how many users have been added, the user policy, the users who have last logged in in specific amounts of days, and the reporting for the EPCS users. There are numerous reporting options available which help with troubleshooting issues. I have seen many benefits from using Imprivata OneSign. It saves substantial time for nurses. As a nurse or doctor, you don't have to spend time remembering passwords or signing into computers. You just need to grab the nearest machine and tap in. You can use the machine anytime if you want. It saves time when dealing with patients. For doctors who might not be tech-savvy, Imprivata OneSign helps them sign in seamlessly.

Single sign-on has simplified daily logins and now secures all our marketing workflows
OneLogin by One Identity has many features available. These include Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, centralized access control, instant onboarding and offboarding, and passwordless convenience. All of these features definitely help. I rely mostly on Single Sign-On in my day-to-day work with OneLogin by One Identity. It stands out because it removes the biggest daily headache: juggling passwords for every marketing tool. With SSO, I log in once and instantly access Google Ads, HubSpot, Looker, Meta Ads, Slack, and everything else. There are no password resets, no delays, and no asking IT for access. It saves time every single day and keeps my workflow smooth, especially when I'm switching between multiple dashboards and campaigns. One hidden gem feature in OneLogin by One Identity that often gets overlooked is context-aware or adaptive access control. With this, access isn't just on or off. Instead, OneLogin by One Identity can allow or restrict access depending on conditions, such as your location, IP address, device type, or time of day. For example, if you're logging in from an unknown location or public Wi-Fi, OneLogin by One Identity can automatically require stronger authentication. This adds a subtle but powerful layer of security without complicating day-to-day logins. It's ideal for remote work, travel, or working from shared spaces. Since implementing OneLogin by One Identity, the biggest positive change I've noticed is how much smoother and faster my workday feels. I no longer juggle multiple passwords or get stuck waiting for access to tools. Logging in once and instantly opening Google Ads, HubSpot, Looker, Slack, and everything else has easily saved me 15 to 20 minutes a day. Another major improvement is clean, consistent permissions. There are no more access denied issues or chasing IT for fixes. When someone joins or leaves the team, their access is handled automatically, which keeps everything secure and organized. Overall, OneLogin by One Identity has reduced small daily frustrations, improved security, and made my workflow far more efficient. Other impacts of OneLogin by One Identity include fewer IT tickets, faster onboarding, consistent access, higher security, less downtime, and better collaboration.

Pros

"I have seen many benefits from using Imprivata OneSign. It saves substantial time for nurses."
"It has benefited my organization in the way that it makes it more secure by making it harder to hack."
"It provides a service that allows users to sign in to whatever application they are using. This is the most important feature of this solution."
"Imprivata OneSign helps customers minimize their work in remembering passwords and enhances their security."
"The directory integration and SCIM provisioning are probably the best features compared to competitors."
"OneLogin has strengthened my security posture, streamlined user onboarding and offboarding, and provided a seamless experience for employees accessing multiple applications."
"OneLogin is efficient."
"The most valuable thing about OneLogin is the user interface, it is very simple and very clear for users to understand, and not only technical persons can work with it, non-technical persons can also use it because the user interface is very simple and we did not have to write a lot of lines of code while making any configurations."
"OneLogin is a great platform with minimal improvements needed."
"First and foremost, the Single Sign-On feature has truly transformed how our team interacts with various applications."
"Simplicity is the most valuable part of OneLogin."
"My impressions of the Identity Synchronization across directories functionality in OneLogin is that it is seamless and syncs every identity seamlessly."

Cons

"They should have a landing page."
"I would like for them to make this solution compatible with Mac OS. I would also like for them to provide a portal so that users can easily integrate it with their applications."
"Imprivata OneSign should have a landing page because most customers prefer this feature, which is currently a strong point for competitors."
"Fast user switching and Citrix integration in Imprivata OneSign could improve. There are many options available for VDI connectivity, but I've seen issues with VDI connectivity and Citrix storefront connectivity."
"We've been experiencing some pain points since the acquisition. For example, there have been some outages we didn't see previously, which are a big topic with my executive team. You have hundreds of applications relying on this service for login. If the service is unavailable, nobody can log into these applications."
"My experience with customer support for OneLogin is that it is average, because they were not very responsive."
"OneLogin offers a Virtual LDAP feature that we utilize, although it differs slightly from traditional LDAP servers."
"You should build the documentation a little better and more clearly because it is currently a convoluted mess, but that goes for every One Identity product."
"In terms of managing the users on a large scale, it would be easier if they had some kind of user management portal."
"The areas for improvement in OneLogin include better analytics since we do not have very end-to-end visualization of user access logs."
"More off-hour support."
"However, if there were multiple documentations about the technical points and what each tab on the GUI is used for, it would be very helpful for others who want to learn, because I did not find a lot of resources about it on the internet."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"At the moment, I believe the price is reasonable."
"The price is reasonable, it's an affordable solution."
"Surprisingly expensive given the price of on-premise solutions."
"We were happy with the price we got when we signed up, but I don't know what will happen when the time comes to renew because it is a different company now. We haven't seen any pricing models or had that discussion yet. My renewal is a year and a half away. It's worth what we're paying for it. There's no way we could provide the level of service for cheaper or try to do the same in-house."
"While I wish OneLogin's pricing was more affordable, their licensing model, which is based on per user, is acceptable."
"It was cheap in the beginning, and then it became very expensive. We were initially charged $2 per user per month, which was fine, but by the second year, they increased it to $5 per user. That became very expensive for us because we had about 1,500 users. At $2 per user, it comes out to be $3,000 a month, which is $36,000 a year. If we move to $5 per user, it comes out to be $7,500 a month. That made its cost so high. That is why we removed the product because the cost was high."
"OneLogin's pricing, from the perspective of the education sector, seems quite reasonable for the value it delivers."
"The pricing and licensing are reasonable. It is much cheaper than other products."
"The pricing for OneLogin seems to be okay. The pricing and licensing are affordable. If you'd consider OneLogin to be expensive, it's worth it."
"The price of the licensing is fine."
