Reliable contact and pipeline management has organized my sales work but email tracking and UI personalization still need improvement
I think the areas of HubSpot Sales Hub that could be improved or enhanced are probably templates that could be a bit smarter and the overall UI, which is not the best. What bothers me about the UI of HubSpot Sales Hub is that it's a bit flat, and it does not allow for the personalization to the point I would want, as I would prefer it to look more like ClickUp tools where I can change the way it looks for my preference. The email tracking feature of HubSpot Sales Hub helps me assess prospect engagement, but I don't think it works well and it needs to be improved; the problem with it is that it recognizes auto-screening in email tools, which means HubSpot Sales Hub thinks an email opened by an end-user is actually an email that is screened, giving me false expectations. The benefits I've seen from custom reporting are quite acceptable, but the only thing I would improve is the Sankey feature; this feature is amazing in theory but it's not working very well, and I don't really understand how it's working. Regarding integration capabilities, I integrate HubSpot Sales Hub with Apollo and Fireflies, and while the Outlook features are acceptable, Outlook should be improved since it's really problematic; the problem is that it's constantly disconnecting, and every time you go to Outlook you have to log in again, which nobody remembers.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I found the interface to be modern and intuitive. It offers excellent documentation and guidance for effectively managing sales pipelines."
"There is definitely ROI because it helps manage the overall sales pipeline effectively; without it, we wouldn't be able to manage everything properly or strategically plan our sales strategy."
"Overall, I give HubSpot Sales Hub a rating of ten because it is a strong platform for sales."
"The solution has improved our workflow by providing a centralized solution. It is a one-stop solution that allows us to analyze the sales pipeline and plan activities for specific customers, giving us insights into our approach to prospects. The key improvements include the ability to cross-sell capabilities and identify conversion influencing factors, which we can use to convert customers."
"The ability to make calls from the system free of charge is valuable."
"HubSpot Sales Hub is a good integration tool. It helps us with other platforms. We can integrate data quite easily."
"HubSpot Sales Hub had a noticeable impact on the sales cycle length for our customers. Before focusing on the sales process, we implemented various versions, including support and payment management modules. The automation and improvements facilitated by HubSpot Sales Hub were evident, making it a valuable tool for driving positive transformations in our sales processes."
"We use the tool for email automation and responses. It helps with sales nurturing, and we have integrated it with Factors.ai. The biggest pro is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. I can easily access the information I need. Another strong point is the customer education they provide. There are numerous resources available to help understand how to use it. HubSpot Sales Hub does a great job with automation and structuring sales processes."
"It's easy to configure and easy to create a data source or replicate it to another one."
"The interface is easy to use and has many features, such as email marketing and ad management, live chat, and more."
"It is a fast and reliable solution."

Cons

"There is always room for improvement; I expect more integrations with different tools. I also appreciate the mobile app's user-friendliness. However, I think there could be improvements in database cleaning and customization options for information presentation on the screen. Overall, as a final user, I am very happy with HubSpot Sales Hub."
"The solution is good, but it could be more straightforward."
"The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate."
"The tool should add a prospect success feature. Some intelligence should be drawn from our activities and the data we're feeding to recommend the next action. Some AI enablement will help us take the next step for a particular prospect or recommend solutions to help with prospect conversion from an out-of-the-box perspective."
"The email tracking feature of HubSpot Sales Hub helps me assess prospect engagement, but I don't think it works well and it needs to be improved; the problem with it is that it recognizes auto-screening in email tools, which means HubSpot Sales Hub thinks an email opened by an end-user is actually an email that is screened, giving me false expectations."
"The initial setup process is not very complicated."
"It would be good to be able to add AI and make it easier to integrate the tool with our day-to-day processes."
"There is room for improvement in the dashboard. If we can actually connect it to maybe a Power BI or some dynamic reporting tool where we can actually slice and dice, that would be really great."
"The product has a security flaw."
"Nimble sometimes slows down the progress of any work or project we have pending as it lacks the customization to manage the task through the work dashboard."
"The solution should improve its replication groups' verification confirmation."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We have to pay for licenses. They are not expensive."
"I rate the product price as seven on a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most expensive, and one is the least expensive."
"HubSpot Sales Hub is priced reasonably. There are other solutions available that are affordable as compared to HubSpot Sales Hub. They are one of the market leaders, the price tag is good at this point."
"The tool's licensing offers value."
"The tool's licensing depends on factors like the number of contacts, users, and additional modules. But generally, it's feasible and accessible. A free license is also available, although it comes with limited features. Even the free license is cool to use."
"I rate the product's pricing a five out of ten. It becomes expensive when you add more features and users."
"The solution is more on the cheaper side, but not the cheapest. I'd say it's somewhere in the middle. There are cheaper options like Zoho that provide many features at a lower price, but they're not as expensive as Salesforce or SAP."
"From a pricing point of view, it was 1,000 dollars per month. The solution was worth the money paid for it."
"The solution is cost-effective."
"The pricing is moderate."
