AI-powered monitoring has transformed safety compliance and drastically reduced manual video review
AI Chat Summaries/Assistant is a game-changer. Instead of watching a video, we can simply ask the platform, 'Show me all high-priority safety violations from Site A on Tuesday,' and it delivers a summarized report with links to the exact video segments. It turns data consumption into a conversation. Customizable AI Pipelines are also highly valuable. The ability to quickly train a custom model for a unique use case—such as tracking a specific piece of machinery or an unusual site-specific hazard—means the platform adapts to us, not the other way around. The out-of-the-box PPE detection is great, but the flexibility is what makes it truly valuable.

Has supported trend analysis and forecasting but needs major fixes in customization and reliability
There are some areas where Zoho Analytics needs improvement compared to Power BI. Uploading and interpreting data inside the interface needs enhancement. While Power BI uses Power Query, an intuitive and powerful tool that allows data manipulation in any way, Zoho Analytics has limitations. I usually prepare data in Excel before uploading it to Zoho Analytics. The charts in Zoho Analytics are not as customizable as in Power BI. While all chart types are available, they can only be modified at a basic level, not an advanced level. Though trend analysis features are provided, creating anything out of the box is challenging.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Honestly, our deployment of DXHUB has been seamless and highly successful."
"The best feature is that in the same tool, we can use SQL and business intelligence capabilities."
"This has given our sales team direct motivation, allowing us to reach new sales milestones."
"The data source is the most valuable feature as it can perform any function."
"It's a very strong analytics tool."
"We moved the data from Zoho Creator to Zoho Analytics and created reports."
"The major benefit of using Zoho Analytics in our organization is that before implementation, we didn't have any insights or data security and integration capabilities."
"Scheduling of reports and dashboards is the most valuable feature of Zoho Analytics."
"The solution’s dashboard is very good."

Cons

"DXHUB's core technology is strong, but improvement is needed in two main areas."
"I have not seen any improvement with Zoho Analytics' AI-driven insights because it has not been accurate."
"There should be more types of graphics available for use in the reports."
"Regarding stability and reliability, Zoho Analytics has multiple bugs. One significant issue is that you cannot create multiple charts with the same name."
"I find it very difficult to handle more than two subqueries or CTE, as I can only have one subquery in the SQL code."
"In terms of improvement, they have a limited number of graphs available in their store. They should come up with more graph style forms. They should have more charts and at the same time, you can't create panels like with Microsoft BA."
"The solution does not provide call center facilities for customer support."
"The analytics plans are very complex because they depend on the users, while other Zoho plans operate on a per-user basis."
"The improvement needed is regarding the number of API calls. Currently, Zoho Analytics only allows us to update data hourly. It would be much better to have updates more frequently every half an hour."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The product's licensing is reasonable."
"I would recommend looking at your usage and whether the Zoho One license model would work for your organisation. It is very cost effective if you use other Zoho tools."
"The product is expensive."
"I rate the tool's pricing seven out of ten. The licensing costs are yearly."
"It is very reasonable, and it gives me a good return on investment. Compared to other tools, it is the best choice in terms of pricing."
"The price is high. The solution advertises that it provides products for 55 AED per user, but these products contain only the basic features. Most of the features are locked. The version of the product that includes Zoho Analytics costs around 199 AED per user per month."
"Zoho Analytics costs $ 4,200 per month, billed yearly."
"I don't feel that price is an issue for this product."
