I'm using Zoho Analytics for HR, using Zoho People. At the HR department, we are using analytics and dashboards which need to be dynamic or active on the spot to extract a report or analytics that is predefined on the system. It helped me significantly because before using Zoho Analytics, I needed to do my analytics from scratch every month or twice per month. Now it's predefined on the system; I just need to run it, export it, and that's it. It's live, running in the background, or at the dashboard window or tab. Regarding Zoho Analytics AI capabilities, if I'm asking about the tenurity rate or need a report or dashboard about the tenurity or turnover, our Egyptian laws might be different, so it's our situation. It's our problem, not the AI itself. The AI gives us the raw analytics or the raw result, which is common worldwide. However, in Egypt, according to Egyptian laws, requirements, or Egyptian mindset, it differs. So it's our consideration, not yours.

I will describe my use cases for Zoho Analytics. In Analytics, I have created a sales dashboard that shows the total accounts count, customer count, deals that are closed-won, deals that are successfully closed-won, and which deals are negotiable. I have created this dashboard so people can perform well and give ratings. I have created many types of dashboards, such as TGL, coffee and brand, and also in SD Fire. When I have a CRM, I also put the data in an Excel file. If an Excel file limit has 50,000 records of accounts, I import all data into our CRM. This also syncs with Zoho Analytics through a one-time integration. If you provide me the data on an Excel sheet, I can directly import it into our CRM.

The use case of Zoho Analytics involves setting up software to track leads. We track the sales funnel and set up graph charts and bar charts to analyze the number of leads received in the previous month compared to current leads. This helps us figure out and analyze which campaigns are performing well. In this way, we can use Zoho Analytics to monitor our business activities. When using multiple software systems, we can create a combined dashboard to see the basic purpose and actual data we want in Zoho Analytics on the same page. It is very helpful because when we use Zoho CRM to record our sales, Zoho Analytics allows us to easily determine the commission of salespersons and expected sales for the next month. We find Zoho Analytics easy to use, making it very beneficial for our operations.
We use Zoho Analytics for finance and CRM. Recently, we started using it for ticket management. We use it to analyze past performance and conduct company performance reviews. Additionally, it helps us identify any loopholes within the company.
I'm using Zoho Analytics to connect with Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho People, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk. So within CRM, I get service, revenue, activities reports, and all other stuff created inside the analytics.

We use the product for two things. We use it for business intelligence and creating dashboards. We also use it as an auxiliary table because sometimes we want it to connect with Microsoft Power BI. We extract information from Zoho CRM, insert it as a table in Zoho Analytics, and connect it with other business intelligence tools.

The solution's requirement comes from the CEO, CTO, or executive labour department and the company's health. It integrates the least convergent, the marketing, and the operation; you can integrate everything. We have different licenses, so with the help of the solution, we can integrate them into one. Like, a dashboard with a password then of the CTO. It surpassed the scalability of the porting managers on the operation side because it is a dashboard.
I mainly use it to visualize data related to the education sector. Our company is giving service to a university. They have around five users, but they are using it as consumers. They don't analyze. I analyze, and I publish a dashboard, and they consume the dashboard. It is available only on the cloud. Zoho provides the service as Software-as-a-Service, and there is no desktop application.

We are a solution provider and Zoho Analytics is one of the products that we implement for our customers. It is used to improve the customer experience from CRM up to inventory.
I am working for an agribusiness holding with two sawmill facilities and over one million hectares of forest. We are also responsible for sustainable forestry management of the area. The business was started in Brazil in 2016. The estimated processing capacity of each facility is 45,000 m3/year of timber and 10,000 m3 of the finished product. The holding office is in São Paulo, while the facilities are in Acre. The investors are mainly from Europe, while the main customers are from the USA and China. The forecast is that four more facilities will start to operate in the next four years. I work at home in São Paulo and Deepdive is a small company owned by my husband and myself.
We use Zoho Reports for process, organisational analysis, and improvement. This means bringing in different data related to an organisational process and structure, including roles, responsibilities, systems, data, etc. We use the visualisations to identify trends and outliers in the data which helps us to find improvement opportunities.
