Responsive support, easy to use, and reliable
It helped a lot when we started using it with more images. Before, it was basic. With images, it's more effective. Users consider it more animated and user-friendly. We can easily track a process and know exactly where a process is. It's a low-code application. The solution is very easy to use. It is stable and reliable. The solution scales well. Technical support is extremely responsive.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"AuraPortal is a beautiful solution for any company because you can do everything you want."
"AuraPortal provides several solutions embedded into one single platform that provides unbroken services to resolve almost any type of process for almost any industry segment."
"I chose AuraPortal due to its capabilities for implementing BPM solutions with limited programming skills, as interfaces can be developed very fast and the cycle time for developing applications or integration between different systems can be improved by 70-80%."
"It's a low-code application."
"AuraPortal has the best price for its process."
"AuraQuantic's most valuable features are the zero code, user-friendly mode, and integration."
"AuraPortal is very user-friendly and flexible."
"AuraPortal is very user-friendly and flexible; it's really interesting for me, and I'm focusing on this application and BPM because it's really complete."
"For our use it really does very well; it provides us exactly what we need, and it runs with low-resource utilization and moves quickly."
"It’s a great product, extremely versatile but takes a certain skillset to use and implementation of automation can be time consuming when done properly."
"The value lies in just being able to automate things such that there's less human interaction and, therefore, more consistency in our automations."
"The benefits are the efficiency we achieve with such a product, as we could automate processes which were done in the past by humans, speeding up the reaction by 10 times and saving us a lot of money."
"Before implementing this product, our Problem and Change Management Processes were very poor, but nowadays, thanks to CA Process Automation (PAM), we no longer have this problem, as we now have all of the processes' rules placed inside of it."
"PAM has the ability to integrate and build solutions that work well in CA's suite of service management products and those that are outside of service management."
"They were good, they helped us a lot from the beginning, from installation through the whole process, and not just their support, but also their professional services are top notch."
"We took our server provisioning process from about 30 days to about 4 days on the first iteration of implementation."

Cons

"There should be a more affordable consulting pricing."
"I would like to see support for Unix, Oracle and other RDBMS."
"More documentation and the ability to extract different reports about different relations in the objects I use will help."
"The price could be better. It's quite expensive."
"We'd like it more animated. It would be useful if we could integrate GIFs, for example."
"One thing that could be improved would be for it to be deployed in a shorter time."
"AuraQuantic's price could be improved."
"The solution engine is in Java. Regardless of developments, the solution will always be limited to what Java offers."
"Make some of the features more open source that way developers can have more flexibility."
"Better reporting, because we have to true up our licenses every three months because we license on running concurrent processes, so we have to provide a report to CA every three months using their tool -- which never works."
"A lot of times they don't get resolved, but I'm okay with those kind of responses sometimes."
"It needs auto-triggering of workflows based on machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)."
"Although it's drag-and-drop, there's a little bit of a learning curve to use it correctly."
"Every so often the service needs to be restarted otherwise it runs slower and slower. I think this may be due to a memory leak."
"These configurations can be changed only through the installation wizard. There's no way to update such information in the administration interface, which is, in my opinion, very bad."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price could be better. It's quite expensive."
"It has provided ROI by auto resolving incidents or requests in the ITSM queue, improved MTTR and SLA adherence, and added value to the delivery of services and the customer experience."
"There are a lot of automation savings from any process which is repeatable."
