"You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment.""With Mist, every Wednesday they roll out new features.""Juniper Mist offers valuable features like comprehensive network insight, granular policy control, fast device setup, strong security, and efficient SSL traffic management.""The simplicity is great.""The artificial intelligence feature is very good.""The most valuable feature of Juniper Mist is the Virtual Network Assistant, powered by artificial intelligence.""Overall, we've been very pleased with the performance.""It provides private network access, helping us protect our company’s devices."

"It has been a stable solution since its installation.""Aruba Access Points is an easy-to-use solution.""It offers a robust warranty and exceptional performance compared to other brands.""Aruba Access Points is an economical solution.""Aruba is a controller-based solution. We have some multi-story buildings. We only need to maintain one controller, and we can manage it from a single IP address.""I like the solution because of its throughput and low latency. It has resolved roaming issues for my customers.""The solution's support, stability, scalability, and good redundancy features are beneficial for our network management.""The main strengths of Aruba Access Points lie in their connectivity, range, and straightforward configuration. Setting up the access point is a quick process, taking only seconds. Standard features such as identity access management, captive deploy tools, and VLE are available. Additionally, Aruba offers medical-grade access points like the 400 series, which is well-suited for healthcare or hospital environments. One noteworthy feature is the impressive handshaking capability, particularly when transitioning between access points. This ensures a seamless experience without disconnection, especially when a well-designed heat map is in place. Aruba Access Points are robust and require minimal maintenance, making them reliable for long-term use."

"The meshing capabilities are the most valuable feature. When I am going in-between buildings, my phone doesn't have to pick up different WiFi. They are all the same. Even in-between the buildings, I stay connected.""We use NETGEAR's Insight management solution to do off-property controls. It is user-friendly and provides network management, monitoring, and service deployment across multiple remote and local sites. That means I don't have to be physically at a location to do things if I want to make any changes to the network. It saves time and money.""From the WiFi aspect, it's very intuitive and easy to use. The solution enables me to manage my entire WiFi from anywhere in the world...""The product's deployment is straightforward.""The metrics demonstrate that NETGEAR really does a good job of balancing the load between the various access points on the networks and this results in an elimination of downtime.""[Being] able to configure the WiFi devices and to see utilization remotely, or from the cloud.""I'm able to do a lot of things, because the GUI is designed very well. I'm able to remotely make certain changes via my phone and apply them right away. It makes life easier when it comes to managing the equipment. The Insight management solution phone app is very good. It enables me to do what I want to do.""The initial setup of NETGEAR Insight Access Points was straightforward."

Cons
"Juniper Wireless AP can improve by continually improving its reporting and integration with other systems.""They should include SD-WAN features to it.""The pricing should be made cheaper.""Improvement is needed in the user-friendliness of Juniper Mist, particularly in enhancing the interaction with AI features.""If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited.""Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage.""Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement.""It would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network."

More Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points Cons →

"Going with a cloud solution will make dependency no longer a challenge from a connectivity point of view.""The licensing models lack clarity.""The product should provide more coverage.""The ICT dynamic is important. Every other vendor is innovating with new features and ideas. They need to compete and implement these things to stay ahead. So, I would suggest Aruba continue to gain the competitive edge.""The stability must be improved.""Aruba sometimes redesigns Aruba Central and the web interface, which is sometimes an annoyance.""Aruba Access Points should improve its automation.""The solution should be made more robust."

More Aruba Access Points Cons →

"A con is the backend system which is very, very slow.""Due to certain shortcomings in the solution's stability, I feel that the solution's stability requires improvement.""The registration is annoying. I have to go back to NETGEAR and log tickets. Access points and router registration are something that they need to address in Insight. They need to fix the bug of getting the devices activated and enrolled in Insight without fighting with them. I have probably done about six of these in the last month. You get to see patterns.""Software-wise, they need to provide the ability to kick users out. If multiple users are abusing the system or the network, I should be able to block them for a time and, when I need to unblock them, I should be able to do so by using their MAC ID. That feature might already be there and I just don't know about it.""I have some frustrations with the ease of use. It tends to be sluggish. The graphical interface is pretty, but not useful. They have this tree that shows connected devices, which makes no sense whatsoever because the labeling field of the tree truncates all the items to the point that it's almost useless. You can't even tell what it is. I would prefer a spreadsheet list of the gear as opposed to a graphical representation.""The product's UI needs to be simplified and made more straightforward.""There is always room for improvement.""My major problem is right now, the area which I need to cover is around 7,000 to 10,000 square feet...I would like NETGEAR Insight Access Points to extend the area coverage they provide."
