Centralized device management has transformed security and streamlined remote provisioning
One area where Microsoft Intune can improve is the user interface. Sometimes the portal feels a bit complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users, and it can take time to find specific settings. Another point is troubleshooting. While logs are available, the diagnostic policies and sync issues can still be time-consuming and not very straightforward. I also feel that reporting could be more detailed and customizable. The built-in reports are helpful, but for deeper insights, I often need to rely on additional tools. Overall, it is a strong solution, but improving usability and troubleshooting experience would make it even better. While Microsoft Intune works very well within the Microsoft ecosystem, the integration of some third-party tools could be smoother and require less customization. Support is another area that could improve, as sometimes response times can be slow, and resolving complex issues may take longer than expected. In terms of features, I think more advanced automation and built-in remediation options would be helpful since common issues can be fixed automatically without manual intervention.

Remote support has reduced client visits and saves us significant time and costs
The best features that AnyDesk offers in my experience are the remote control and remote access. Those features are valuable to me because of the ease in how you connect remotely without necessarily installing AnyDesk on your computer. You just download the application, open it, and it gives you your address. You share this with your colleague or client, and then in just one click you are connected. Another feature I appreciate about AnyDesk is security. If you are trying to do something that requires administrator rights of the computer that you are working on, it will alert you and request that the person on the other end accept the operation that you are doing. That security feature is excellent. AnyDesk has positively impacted my organization by helping us provide timely help to our clients. This reduces costs because we do not have to travel to the client to help them. I can connect remotely and help someone in a timely manner. I can share a specific outcome where, now that we have more than one hundred clients that we help, I estimate we have saved more than one hundred thousand dollars.

Good remote services feature and easy to setup
With LogMeIn Pro, we could connect up to 10 computers, and having an option for something in between would be good. Like, we went from 10 to the next level, which was around 50 or so. If there was a tier, perhaps around 20, that I would have probably purchased, and it would have been a better fit for what I needed.

"Customer support was great because any issues I encountered were responded to in a timely manner and they were able to resolve any issues that I had."
"You don't have to remember the password and the login all the time. Once you get it in there, it's in there, and you can go about your business."
"It's even simple to remotely add a computer to our group. We can send a link to that computer and they just follow the prompts on the screen and they are ready to go - we can access it. It's very user-friendly."
"I would tell others who are looking into this solution that I feel that it's a secure solution. I never had any issues with its security element. I think that it's very simple to use. I think it is user-friendly, and you can work between computers pretty well on it."
"Once I landed on LogMeIn, they were so reliable, and they fitted my needs so well, that I have been satisfied ever since."
"Technical support was able to address everything that I asked in a timely, responsible, satisfactory manner."
"Being able to remote access my computer means I can work at night from my house."
"The ability to easily connect back and retrieve data from the computer systems that I have."

Cons

"I wish Microsoft would keep up with their documentation. They make changes so quickly to these platforms that they do not update the documentation properly in a timely manner."
"In an upcoming release, I would like to see some kind of analytics report."
"While the ability to deploy applications at startup is reliable, the policy-based application deployment method has not reached the same level of consistency."
"There are a few security features that are not available in Microsoft Intune, when compared to other products."
"Lacking ability to leverage more iOS device management internally."
"In my opinion, Microsoft Intune has room for improvement. The pricing could be a little better, and the reporting could be a little better as well."
"Microsoft Intune lags market leaders, such as Apperian, in its MAM capabilities."
"It should be easier to define policies and comply with those policies."
"An improvement I would like to see for AnyDesk is that the free package has quite a limitation that comes with many advertisements once you exhaust the number of connections."
"It would be helpful if there were more things that you could do outside of having to log into the machine, such as being able to raise a command line and reboot the computer if, for whatever reason, it doesn't want to let me in."
"With Windows 10 we've had some issues with it crashing, and certain antivirus products cause it to fail. For the most part it's stable, but we do have an occasional crash mainly related to new operating systems. The new Microsoft Server and the new Windows operating systems sometimes have issues with it. But for the most part, in anything under, say, Windows 7, Windows 8, those seem to be pretty stable, and with the Microsoft Server 2012 and below, it's all stable. And I don't necessarily think it's LogMeIn. I think it may be Microsoft, to be honest with you."
"The only drawback with LogMeIn is that the pricing structure has been increasing so rapidly, that's a turnoff."
"Everything has to be done over the web, via email, or something like that. You can't talk to a human being. That bothers me a lot."
"LogMeIn is a great product, and unfortunately, is a necessary evil."
"When using LogMeIn, you need a separate chat window."
"It does go down sometimes. You try to login, it tells you the workdesk computer is not available. It does kick you off a lot."
"Pricing has been going up for just going back and forth between two computers. That's crazy."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The tool is cheaper than our company's other MDM tools."
"Microsoft Intune is available for individual purchase at a low per-device cost."
"Microsoft Intune costs about $7 per user per month, which is somewhat on the pricier end. That said, it's a reliable product, so it's fair."
"It is not expensive."
"Our Office 365 Business Premium license, including Office 365 and Intune Management, offers excellent value."
"I would rate the price a four out of ten with ten being the most expensive."
"The Intune license model is costly."
"Microsoft Intune is moderately priced. There is a monthly license required to use the solution and it is approximately eight dollars per month."
Information not available
"It is very good."
"I think it's competitively priced. I haven't priced it out since we started with it, but the yearly subscription fee is worth it. It's not outrageous, and I believe that it's worth it for our company to pay the fees for the use of the product."
"I did not deal with the financial aspect but my impression is that they are more expensive."
"The price point has gone up significantly. We used to have a lot of other customers. I used to sell it to other customer sites. But they've moved to TeamViewer, SiteSecure, and several others. There are four or five others that they went to because they're being more competitive on their pricing."
"To be honest with you, I use it just for login and the prices are getting too high so we're going to look for an alternative solution. It used to be a couple of hundred dollars a year, now it's like $600 a year. We're definitely going to be switching shortly. Every year they have significant increases."
"Pricing is what I'm upset with. Now, that they bought everybody up, the price doubled."
"It is expensive, but in the long run we still come out ahead, because it saves us so much labor and downtime driving from one location to the other. In the end it's well worth the expense."
"The company does not scale the price based upon use."
