We use the solution for data storage and data collaboration. I use the solution to collaborate the documents and files with the team. Box is a kind of repository where I can share things across the organization.

The solution is used for data storage and any kind of visualization. Your data is secured with Box because the access is restricted.

For enterprise users, the data is in a local repository. We use it for files for the end user process. This is a cloud solution.

In my current organization, we have over 10,000 people using this solution.

I use it very extensively. Users these days are working remotely.

You can upload your bin, upload your files quickly, and download your files quickly. It provides a lot of other alternatives. You can use it on your own, on an iPad, or on your mobile phones whenever you wish to.

We have integrated Box into our platform. I use Box to store documents. Box has document management and e-signature features.

If we close a deal, the agreement will contain the details of what we will charge the customers. We can use Box to add an access control so that only those with access can view the commercial details. Others would not be able to see it. If I write a technical document about a new feature I want to create, I would not want it to get into the wrong hands. So I can provide controlled access to my team members using Box.

I use Box to keep data that I need to share externally, such as presentations or documents.

It seems pretty safe to me, pretty good in terms of security. There's not a big difference between Box, Google Drive, or other similar services, but Box is probably pretty flexible in terms of security.

We had a specific department for information security and the person who handled that is no longer at the company, however, the head of that department was very adamant that at that time Box was the most secure option. He's the one that implemented Box for his department and we continue to use it to stay secure.

I've recently started using it in conjunction with another product that I use, which is Smartsheet. It incorporates very well with that. It's just made it easier to share documents in a secure fashion.

Box is a secure location for non-structured content including documents and PowerPoints. Box comes with its own e-signature capability. It has a very simple workflow capability that allows you to build out certain workflows that you are going to repeat on a regular basis. 

Box is very simple, it was designed for anyone who sits in front of a computer to be able to do advanced actions without having to go through any training or any classes. You can put together total workflows for managing inventories or doing marketing campaigns. Anywhere where content is involved, Box can do it.

Box has a number one feature, it is very easy to use. Millions of people have free accounts. They are already aware of the user interface, the electronic signature, the metadata and the tagging. The entire experience is not lacking in any way that you would need in a corporate environment.

We use the solution to store and share our documents with people within and outside the organization.

We use Box as our file management system. We have numerous clients outside our organization with whom we regularly share documents. Box is appealing due to its user-friendly interface, reminiscent of the file structure on our Windows machines. Box is suitable for external collaboration.
