Aruba Wireless. We connect our office network, and we use it primarily within our network team.
What is most valuable?
Aruba Wireless has many features, especially their state-of-the-art controller, which can be connected to the cloud. They also have an unlimited lifetime warranty, which is beneficial for long-term service. In terms of performance, it is better than Cisco.
What needs improvement?
Aruba Wireless needs to be compatible for guest access. Specifically, tools should be provided for guest access without requiring external software. It should be compatible with other products for guest access.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Aruba Wireless for more than three years.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
The deployment took more time than Cisco because we were not very familiar with Aruba Wireless initially. For Cisco, deployment typically takes a day, but it took longer for Aruba Wireless.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Aruba Wireless is stable. If I were to rate it out of ten for stability, I would give it an eight.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is easy to adapt and very scalable. If I had to rate scalability from one to ten, I would rate Aruba Wireless eight.
How are customer service and support?
Support for Aruba Wireless is good, but the skill set of the support engineers and the documentation are not as robust as Cisco. If I rate Cisco nine, Aruba Wireless would be six in terms of support.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I don't know the exact cost as I don't handle the negotiations myself. However, it's approximately five to ten percent more expensive than Cisco.
What other advice do I have?
I would definitely recommend Aruba Wireless for its stability and product quality. However, they should improve by having more skilled support engineers. Overall, I rate Aruba Wireless seven out of ten.
