As a CX professional, I consider ZohoMail to be of great efficacy in the workspace. I have had an experience of using ZohoMail in the sales, CX & marketing campaigns.
There are many use cases for Zoho Mail. Sometimes a client requests that when an email arrives, they want to create a desk ticket or create a lead, or they want to sync their email attachment to their related record in Zoho CRM. I work on these use cases in Zoho Mail. I have integrated Zoho Mail calendar with Zoho calendar and CRM calendar as well. For some clients who want to sync their calendar, I have worked on these tasks. I have also worked on tasks where when an email lands in Zoho Mail, the client wants to create tasks for employees based on keywords in the email body.
The primary use was for ITAM products basic Asset Discovery, Software Asset Management, Patch Management, and similar functionalities. We use Zoho Mail in our company with approximately four people.
Zoho Mail is for blue-collar users who require only email access. The advantage of using the Zoho CRM tool is that Zoho provides free email IDs for Mail users.
I took care of the deployment process of Zoho in my company because my company is a major partner with Zoho. It is a SaaS product. We mainly use it for collaboration in organizations. This is the main use case: Collaboration b/w internal teams and external teams. We can also add a chat function to Zoho Mail.
Zoho Mail is like an electronic mail interface, which we would generally do with an Outlook sort of tool. The only difference is that Zoho Mail is an online edition, so you can't use it if there is no internet.
We use the solution for email purposes and for internal email. Google Cloud can be very expensive, for example, if you use Gmail. With Zoho Mail, you get the same functionality at less cost.
