The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality. And maybe because they just started. For example, there's network disconnection. And by the time you send an email before it is delivered, it takes a while. I've also had some clients complain that it freezes at times. So, it's frozen at times and can be a little difficult to update. And sometimes you have to uninstall and reinstall it, and all that. Fr a cloud-based service, it's not quite seamless. But the only thing is that the UI is not very user-friendly. Everything just feels clunky. It should be more user-friendly.

We face some challenges in our current architecture with the introduction of data privacy regulations. When you are sending a calendar invite to a group of people for a meeting or an event, there is no structure for privacy. You can't hide all the contacts. Zoho Mail needs to improve its integration because direct integration is not possible with many applications.
Zoho Mail doesn't have an offline edition. I think if they have an offline edition, it would be great. The tool should offer offline capabilities.
