What is our primary use case?

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is primarily used for professional services, finance, and basic supply chain management. it is not the best for the manufacturing sector.

What is most valuable?

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is brilliant and it's a different segment when comparing it with Dynamics AX. Dynamics AX is a larger product with much more features and it's aimed at a different segment of the market.

I have found it to be role-oriented. You have different workspace homepages and it's has something for everyone from finance to project management to inventory. Additionally, it has a basic manufacturer sector functionality.

What needs improvement?

I am hoping there is more integration with other platforms, more features, and customization in the next release.

I have been using Microsoft Dynamics NAV for approximately four years.

The solution is salable.

For people who want to start using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, it's a far easier system to use than any other competing ERPs in the segments because it's very easy to configure. It's easily available and installation is simple.

I would recommend this solution to others.
