Unified risk scoring has improved our cloud visibility and simplifies remediation priorities
Qualys TotalCloud provides unified vulnerability and threat assessment across both IAS and SaaS. This solution provides a single prioritized view of risk, which helps reduce the work I would have to do. We are no longer based on CVSS; we are based on Qualys risk scoring, which is based on CVSS plus internal findings made by Qualys, and then assigns its own score. The TruRisk insight feature has found a small number of assets with high vulnerability scores, though I am cautious since some information is classified. Qualys TotalCloud has positively impacted our bank's performance, and we have definitely seen benefits after implementing this solution.

Advanced rollback and AI-driven insights have protected endpoints and simplified security operations
We can check multiple types of alerts and triggers, and we can analyze these. There are many types of functions such as Kill, Quarantine, and remediate rollback types of features, which we can use for client safety. The rollback feature is the best feature because it is only used in SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. We have used multiple types of EDR, but the rollback feature is unique to SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. When many types of attacks happen in an organization, the rollback feature deletes all types of malicious files and other malware-type files and completely cleans your system. This feature is very interesting according to me. SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security provides many types of features such as Kill and Quarantine, which are very interesting features for security operations. There are deep visibility features, and Purple AI is also one of the best features. It is easy for security operations and incident response. We can check log analysis with the help of deep visibility, and any types of attacks, malware, and phishing attacks are detected by SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. Many types of security operations can be tracked and observed with the help of SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. Purple AI is one of the interesting features in SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. Deep visibility is one of the best features in SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security. You can find any types of logs and any types of devices through searching portals, similar to Google search. It gives you information regarding this. With deep visibility, you can search for any name. For example, we can search for any name and check what is happening with that person's laptops, what USB is connected or disconnected, and whether the network is connected or not. This is with the help of Purple AI.

Precise incident handling has improved reporting and searching across complex security cases
I would like to see new features added, particularly regarding the incident upgrading part. For instance, if you have an instance and need to transfer it to a particular team, being able to show that the status is still in progress, which is currently in a beta version, would definitely help people to understand that the status has changed for the incident.

"We were able to realize its benefits within 24 to 48 hours."
"The quality of the product in terms of reliability and what it offers is exceptional."
"The most valuable features of SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security are cloud misconfiguration, Kubernetes, and IaC scanning."

"It is advantageous in terms of time-saving and cost reduction."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security has improved our organization's overall security posture by providing better visibility into cloud workloads and faster threat detection."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security has improved our organization's cloud security by giving us centralized visibility across cloud assets, workloads, identities, and configurations."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security has impacted my company positively as it provides good protection for the company and for the services."
"Multiple projects use the ServiceNow tool because it is a low-cost and open-source tool."
"The product has a very simple UI, I like the look and feel, and I find it very easy to navigate."
"It gives you the ability to bring data into the system. The workflows are out of the box, and it gives you the ability to auto-assign the incidents based on criteria and vulnerabilities."
"ServiceNow Security Operations collects data from various sources and presents it in a single, respectable format for assessment and action, providing a unified user experience where all work and fixes can be managed from one location."
"When things are set up correctly it goes really smooth, however, it's getting there that takes time."
"Integration to other security tools allows for a consolidated view of all vulnerabilities, incidents, etc. for all sorts of leverage in a single platform to assess governance risk and compliance as well as an enhanced, enriched intelligence."
"I will recommend it to others as it is an enterprise application used by large companies for ticketing purposes."
"This product is a good value for the money."

Cons

"An area for improvement would be to focus on risks related to AI, such as large language models and potential data leakage."
"Regarding technical support from Qualys, they respond, but the response time can be too long. Sometimes we need to wait weeks for solutions to simple questions."
"The support is not up to the mark and seems to be overburdened."
"Qualys TotalCloud's increasing complexity, due to the development and deployment of multiple solutions, is making the GUI difficult to navigate."
"There should be improvement from a dashboard perspective when collecting and showcasing data to lead management."
"The patching process with Qualys Patch Management, which is part of TotalCloud, does not cover installing certain prerequisites on the servers or workstations. This shortcoming means we must rely on SCCM when any service stack updates or additional prerequisites are needed."
"I would like the ability to disable certain default built-in policies as they can be misleading when creating dashboards. That is the top one."
"Areas that need improvement in every solution include the remediation part. The remediation steps should be simple enough for everyone to understand."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is an excellent CSPM tool, but its CWPP features need improvement, and there is scope for more application security posture management features."
"I have not seen a return on my investment so far."
"There is a bit of a learning curve for new users."
"For SentinelOne, improvements could be made in managing Internet dependency as cloud-based operations can pose challenges in environments with limited connectivity."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is a strong platform, but there are areas where it could be improved."
"We can customize security policies but lack auditing capabilities."
"The Automation tab is an add-on that doesn’t work properly. They provide a list of scripts that don’t work and I have asked support to assist but they won’t help. When running on various endpoints the script doesn’t work and if it does, it’s only a couple. There are a lot of useful scripts that would be beneficial to run forensics, event logs, and process lists running on the endpoint."
"One of our use cases was setting up a firewall for our endpoints, specifically for our remote users... We were hoping to utilize SentinelOne's firewall capabilities, but there were limitations on how many URLs we could implement. Because of those limitations on the number of URLs, we weren't able to utilize that feature in the way we had hoped to."
"I would rate technical support for ServiceNow Security Operations as a six out of ten in terms of faster resolution."
"There are limitations for the third-parties that are providing the inputs. They should increase the robustness of the solution."
"An area for improvement I observed in ServiceNow Security Operations is the need to maintain correct CMDB data because if you're unable to do this, you can't perfectly maintain the vulnerability data. CMDB data in ServiceNow Security Operations needs to be accurate. As I've been working on ServiceNow Security Operations for only seven months, I still need more time to try all its modules before I can give recommendations regarding additional features I'd like to see in the solution."
"The product of ServiceNow Security Operations needs more features. The product is called SecOps, but it is not security operations in terms of SIEM solutions."
"It would be ideal if there were already integrations available in ServiceNow with third-party tools."
"ServiceNow Security Operations is not specifically a vulnerability management or incident tool, but rather a data aggregator."
"The dashboard and playbook creation will need to improve"
"The threat intelligence module needs a better dashboard."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"As a middle management member, I do not have direct pricing knowledge, but based on the knowledge from our meetings, its pricing is competitive."
"While Qualys TotalCloud's pricing is currently acceptable, it is becoming increasingly expensive and may soon be considered overpriced."
"Qualys TotalCloud offers competitive pricing given its comprehensive suite of features, including integration, assessment, remediation, and detection capabilities, all within a single platform."
"TotalCloud's price is about right where I would expect it to be."
"Qualys TotalCloud offers good pricing that is affordable and competitive with the market. Our partnership also provides us with additional benefits."
"The cost is high, but it meets our organizational needs."
"Qualys TotalCloud offers cost-effective licensing flexibility."
"Qualys TotalCloud is expensive, but it offers a premier solution with no headaches."
"PingSafe is not very expensive compared to Prisma Cloud, but it's also not that cheap. However, because of its features, it makes sense to us as a company. It's fairly priced."
"Pricing is based on modules, which was ideal for us."
"I am personally not taking care of the pricing part, but when we moved from CrowdStrike to PingSafe, there were some savings. The price of CrowdStrike was quite high. Compared to that, the price of PingSafe was low. PingSafe is charging based on the subscription model. If I want to add an AWS subscription, I need to pay more. It should not be based on subscription. It should be based on the number of servers that I am scanning."
"Its pricing was a little less than other providers."
"The tool is cost-effective."
"PingSafe's pricing is good because it provides us with a solution."
"The pricing tends to be high."
"I understand that SentinelOne is a market leader, but the bill we received was astronomical."
"If you're going to implement it on your own, there would be internal costs. If you're going to implement it through a contractor or consultant, you have to pay for that."
"This product is a good value for the money."
"It is an expensive product."
"Compared to competitor tools, ServiceNow Security Operations is more affordable"
"The product is more expensive than other solutions."
"The solution is more expensive than BMC Remedy, the other ITSM tool available in the market."
