Easy to use but is not compatible with other clouds
While most of the adapters are available through Oracle Integration Cloud Services, they do not have a lot of features. I would like to see some enrichment in this area and for the solution to go deeper into the applications and upgrade the adapters. When comparing the solution to its on-premise solution which is also in the Oracle space, Oracle Suite, it is not as feature-rich as the on-premise solutions. It is still at a different level and will take some time to reach that level. In future releases, Oracle could benefit from improvements to orchestration and level of monitoring. Some design aspects are not present in orchestration and there needs to be a more granular level of monitoring or more dashboards. I would like to see this product be more compatible and support the deployment on other clouds like AWS or Azure.

Allows us to network security and add more layers of security to the system
I use the solution to transfer data from different formats, like XML to JSON, and orchestrate the solution and put it in a message block.  Since we have already built all the systems, WSO2 helps us to make the software compatible with each other. WSO2 makes those systems work together like a team.…

"The out-of-box integration between Oracle and SAP is really beneficial"
"The OIC is very good."
"The product's initial setup phase is simple."
"The most important part would be the use of connectors. The significant number of cloud connectors available for active integration is its value."
"The lack of features in something like Oracle Integration Cloud leaves some room for leads implementation partners like us"
"In general, there were a lot of great utilities for working with files."
"OIC offers a number of pre-built technology and SaaS adapters for high productivity for a wide range of target systems, both in-house via agents and cloud/SaaS, via a very flexible range of interfaces."
"In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of this solution is its extensive range of adaptors and connectors. This feature holds significant importance and provides great value to users."
"It was mostly easy to set up the product."
"The stability is excellent."
"Currently, I find the configuration part quite valuable, where you can easily configure things."
"The learning curve for this solution is very good."
"The drag-and-drop features for connectors are very valuable."

Cons

"The solution's customer service could be better."
"We would love to have more and more ready-to-use interfaces from Oracle."
"It has lengthy documentation, making the process of building applications more time-consuming."
"There is a payload size limit and we're unable to integrate some legacy applications."
"The logging capabilities could be enhanced. Currently, logs are only retained for a few days, which can be inconvenient for administrators. Ideally, we'd like the option to configure log retention periods, like a month or fifteen days, instead of the current one-week limit."
"It would be helpful if there were more tutorials or documentation to learn about Oracle Integration Cloud Service."
"They should provide tutorials for beginners to learn about the processes."
"While most of the adapters are available through Oracle Integration Cloud Services, they do not have a lot of features. I would like to see some enrichment in this area and for the solution to go deeper into the applications and upgrade the adapters."
"The micro integrator should be improved. There is room for enhancement considering alternative integration components."
"You cannot include the validation of XPath."
"WSO2 libraries are not mature enough. For example, if you want to integrate with Kafka using its Kafka library, it often has many bugs."
"They should introduce better pricing for small companies."
"The setup can be difficult for those not familiar with the solution."
"The customization can be a bit difficult."
"The server is very specific and it is very difficult to get experience with it."
"If I have to buy software, then it becomes expensive for me."

Pricing and Cost Advice
