Can build reports easily and offers unlimited view access of them in a single dashboard
Ivanti Xtraction provides reports in a single dashboard. We can ask the executive leadership to review it. It has unlimited view access. You can view the reports but won't be able to edit them. The solution makes it easy to build reports and send them. It has filters, and you can filter the results based on time, date, etc. The view will go back to normal once refreshed.

Has supported trend analysis and forecasting but needs major fixes in customization and reliability
There are some areas where Zoho Analytics needs improvement compared to Power BI. Uploading and interpreting data inside the interface needs enhancement. While Power BI uses Power Query, an intuitive and powerful tool that allows data manipulation in any way, Zoho Analytics has limitations. I usually prepare data in Excel before uploading it to Zoho Analytics. The charts in Zoho Analytics are not as customizable as in Power BI. While all chart types are available, they can only be modified at a basic level, not an advanced level. Though trend analysis features are provided, creating anything out of the box is challenging.

"The data visualization features of Zoho Analytics have helped me improve decision making for my customers, and I could assess the impact of Zoho Analytics' AI-driven insights on the strategic initiatives of my customers."
"What I like the most is the flexibility of creating dashboards."
"We moved the data from Zoho Creator to Zoho Analytics and created reports."
"Personally, I am completely satisfied with Zoho Analytics and it is definitely a product I recommend."
"We really like that it's user friendly and has a lot of combinations and charts, and comparatively, this solution is good because of their support, UI, and connecting to databases is very easy."
"Zoho Analytics' data visualization features have helped me improve decision-making overall by making it easier to draw a story from complex data, backtrack my data, and ensuring accuracy."
"What I appreciate most about Zoho Analytics is the pivot table functionality, as in the pivot table and scheduler table, if we want data in one report, we can use an SQL query and get data from different modules."

Cons

"The tool's graphics need to be updated."
"I have a lower rating when it comes to Zoho Analytics. The tool has poor performance. It needs to improve the dimensions and measures."
"I have not seen any improvement with Zoho Analytics' AI-driven insights because it has not been accurate."
"Zoho Analytics can improve by offering more options in the reports, as there are situations where the types of reports offered are a little limited, and I would like additional types of reports along with more functions in the SQL for queries."
"A higher degree of artificial intelligence could be included in this solution. The data and overall insights could be improved."
"There is a limitation that we cannot create more than 300 columns in a worksheet on Zoho Analytics."
"It would be great to have more user input fields which can be used on dashboards."
"It should have more options for graphics, if it stayed with the quality of graphs of excel, would be great."
"The analytics plans are very complex because they depend on the users, while other Zoho plans operate on a per-user basis."
