A tool to encrypt and decrypt emails that can also be useful for general access management
I rate the initial setup process of Intercede MyID an eight on a scale of one to ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy. The solution was deployed throughout the whole organization, meaning the solution was rolled out in my company, and that's it. The solution was deployed in a couple of days. Two people were required for the solution's deployment and maintenance phases.

Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of the solution is the access management."
"The feature for signing documents is important to me."
"Auto login across platforms allows for no copying and pasting."
"What I like the most is the fact that I can just mark anything and it is automatically copied into the clipboard."
"i have only one password to remember, which is the one to get me into Keeper."
"The chat support is quick. I have never encountered any problems. On the contrary, they have been very helpful and kind."
"The solution makes my work faster and a lot safer."
"The ability to autofill the login credentials has saved me a lot of time in my day to day computing."
"It is very easy to install and setup."
"It saves us from duplicating passwords for different accounts."

Cons

"I'm not sure whether the solution has a mobile version or mobile dashboard, but that would be nice."
"Reporting features would be a good addition to Intercede MyID, as it is one of the areas where the solution lacks."
"The user experience and the mobile app could be improved."
"The technical support has no experience."
"I would like to see a way to store files and photos in the next update. If it already does this, I have yet to explore it."
"I have not seen a return on investment thanks to Keeper Enterprise Password Manager that can be measured; however, it helps ensure the sustainability of the company's revenue by properly protecting the key users of the company, such as executives or IT managers, so it is an insurance rather than a productivity gain, and for the moment, it is hard to measure."
"In my opinion, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved by allowing the creation of templates, basically role templates, that we could deploy to other clients without having to go through the Commander CLI, but rather through the graphical interface."
"The password rotation feature could be improved."
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections."
"There were some political issues between account managers over there."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I rate the product's pricing a seven on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive."
"Its price is reasonable."
"Just buy the yearly subscription."
"ROI is hard to know, but it has to be several times the expense of the product."
"We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
"The more users, the better the price. Always opt for the live support."
"It's definitely worth it and affordable. Their sales team can definitely help scale your needs on licensing and provide pricing options."
"Its cost is relative to the value of the information stored in Keeper."
"Free works unless the paid is absolutely necessary."
