Single sign-on saves time by seamlessly managing passwords and improving workflow efficiency
What I appreciate best about Imprivata OneSign are the single sign-on and the Confirm ID features. The single sign-on works seamlessly for all the nurses or the end users out there. You just have to log in to the application once and the single sign-on clicks in and works for everyone. Users don't have to manually remember all their passwords. Imprivata OneSign helps by remembering and storing all passwords. The integration capabilities of Imprivata OneSign offer many possibilities, and there are numerous upgrades Imprivata has been implementing. At this point, they are growing rapidly. There are new tools coming out for reporting and generating real-time analysis. Imprivata E-PAM is a new feature that I've been reading about in articles, which is going to help administrator people and enterprise administrator personnel to view real-time records and views for all end customers. Reporting and looking at logs for the users will be seamlessly efficient. I use the reporting tools available in Imprivata OneSign. The admin console itself has a reporting feature, which gives us a list of pre-built templates of reports where you can see how many users have been added, the user policy, the users who have last logged in in specific amounts of days, and the reporting for the EPCS users. There are numerous reporting options available which help with troubleshooting issues. I have seen many benefits from using Imprivata OneSign. It saves substantial time for nurses. As a nurse or doctor, you don't have to spend time remembering passwords or signing into computers. You just need to grab the nearest machine and tap in. You can use the machine anytime if you want. It saves time when dealing with patients. For doctors who might not be tech-savvy, Imprivata OneSign helps them sign in seamlessly.

An easy-to-use tool that offers its users strong security on the password management front
In my company, we use the solution's dictionary rule to see the availability of passwords or for the integration to other external systems with two-factor authentication The most valuable feature of the solution is that it's a standard product to help our customers implement a solution and to…

Pros

"Imprivata OneSign helps customers minimize their work in remembering passwords and enhances their security."
"It has benefited my organization in the way that it makes it more secure by making it harder to hack."
"I have seen many benefits from using Imprivata OneSign. It saves substantial time for nurses."
"It provides a service that allows users to sign in to whatever application they are using. This is the most important feature of this solution."
"Imprivata supports single sign-on, providing a service that allows users to sign in to whatever application they are using, and the deployment is very quick and not difficult to deploy."
"It has benefited my organization in the way that it makes it more secure by making it harder to hack."
"It is extremely simple to integrate with various systems, including OTP, passwords, and so on because everything is based on our environment."
"It allows end-users to reset their password by generating a one-time password (OTP) that they receive on their mobile; they're not dependent on the help desk and can do self-service from anywhere in the world, so if they're traveling, they can still reset or change the password and are not locked out of their account at any given time."
"What I found most valuable in One Identity Password Manager is its easy use."
"It is an absolutely scalable solution...The product is easy to install."
"It provides seamless integration with different types of password modules like temporary access passcode and MFA."
"It does have advantages over the other products that we are seeing. Other products don't have the out-of-the-box OTP option, whereas One Identity Password Manager has the out-of-the-box OTP option. It also has a cloud-based solution for generating OTPs. So, the customers can either opt for their own SMS gateway, or they can use the One Identity OTP option where they don't have to have an SMS gateway. With other products, customers must have their own SMS gateway."
"What I found most valuable in One Identity Password Manager is its easy use. It's a flexible solution. It also supports many languages, including Arabic."
"One Identity Password Manager is a stable solution."

Cons

"I would like for them to make this solution compatible with Mac OS. I would also like for them to provide a portal so that users can easily integrate it with their applications."
"Imprivata OneSign should have a landing page because most customers prefer this feature, which is currently a strong point for competitors."
"They should have a landing page."
"Fast user switching and Citrix integration in Imprivata OneSign could improve. There are many options available for VDI connectivity, but I've seen issues with VDI connectivity and Citrix storefront connectivity."
"I would like for them to make this solution compatible with Mac OS. I would also like for them to provide a portal so that users can easily integrate it with their applications."
"The improvement required is an increase in the number of people who manage the product's support team."
"One Identity Password Manager could improve the integration with other technology, it is complex for integrating. There needs to be more connectors or adapters. There is limited out-of-the-box customization."
"If One Identity Password Manager was providing good support I would not have as many complaints as I am. We are a reseller and we have our own technical team, they try to do the level one support, but customers are starting to complain, which means that you don't have the right support."
"I would like it to be more secure in terms of password storage."
"If there is a self-service option to update the mobile number, it will be much more useful."
"The software is complex on the backend, and there isn't enough documentation."
"An area for improvement in One Identity Password Manager is the management gap since Quest is no longer under Dell, and One Identity is under Quest. The management gap resulted in poor support, which needs improvement."
"If there is a self-service option to update the mobile number, it will be much more useful."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price is reasonable, it's an affordable solution."
"At the moment, I believe the price is reasonable."
"The price of One Identity Password Manager is average. There are other solutions that are more expensive, such as ARCON and others that are less expensive."
"Though the solution's price is reasonable, it depends on the number of users operating at the customer's end."
"Its price is on the cheaper side. It has a perpetual license, and everything is included in the license. You only have to pay separately for the SMS gateway or the OTP part."
"The licensing for One Identity Password Manager depends on the customer's requirement. For example, it could be one year, or it could be three years. In general, One Identity Password Manager is not an expensive product. Pricing for it is competitive."
"It is not that expensive, as far as I recall. It was approximately $1.50 USD per user or something like that."
