Improved email protection and access control has secured remote collaboration and identity
In my opinion, the best features Microsoft 365 Business offers are built-in email security and anti-phishing, Conditional Access, and MFA, along with integration with Defender and easy collaboration via Teams and SharePoint. Out of those features, Conditional Access policies have made the biggest difference for my organization because they help us control access based on risk, location, and device, which is very useful in preventing unauthorized access. The integration across all Microsoft tools is smooth, which reduces the need for multiple third-party solutions. Microsoft 365 Business has positively impacted my organization by improving both productivity and security, especially in terms of protecting against phishing and account compromise. Since using Microsoft 365 Business, we have seen a noticeable reduction in phishing-related incidents and better control over user access.
