|---|---|---|
| Manager, Information Technology at Greencoast Enterprises LLC | 4.0 | I find Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 straightforward and admin-friendly for Office 365 backups, though improved configuration flexibility and support would help. Setup was easy, and overall, the solution meets our needs with acceptable cost and ROI. |
| Director at iPlanet Solution Sdn Bhd | 4.0 | I use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 primarily for backup availability and migration, appreciating its granular recovery features and compliance benefits. However, it's costly, and I haven't seen a significant ROI because it's mainly for safety compliance. |
| System Administrator at Gates Corporation | 4.5 | I use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to manage essential backups efficiently, benefiting from features like rollback and incremental backups. Although pricing could be improved, it reduces downtime and saves costs. We chose it over Acronis for its reliability. |
| System Security Engineer at Gofaster | 5.0 | I use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 primarily for backing up SharePoint sites, Teams chat, and user emails. It offers efficient recovery with options for local and cloud storage. Veeam is more user-friendly compared to my previous experience with Veritas Backup. |
| Storage Administrator at a insurance company with 501-1,000 employees | 3.5 | We use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to back up our Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The GUI is simple, and it offers modular deployment options. However, it lacks migration support for object storage like S3, locking us in. |
| IT technician at Entrutech | 4.0 | I use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to ensure data security with immutable backups, which are easy to maintain and quick to monitor. While storage solutions need improvement, Veeam remains reliable and exceeds expectations compared to previous backup solutions. |
| IT and Cloud Platform Unit Architect at MAINT | 4.0 | As a reseller of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, I value its intuitive interface and high reliability for small businesses, particularly in education. While its adaptability is appealing, the pricing can be a challenge at $28 per user annually. |
| CTO at iFoco | 4.0 | I found Veeam Backup excellent for virtual machine and Microsoft 365 backup, praising its reliability and ease of use. However, its DRP capabilities were too complex and expensive for my needs, especially with connectivity issues. |
| PhD Research Student at Advanced Computer Technology (ACT) | 4.5 | I use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to back up all my VMs and mailboxes. It's stable, easy to deploy, offers useful granular recovery, and I’d like to see mail archiving added in future updates. |
| Asst Manager - Electrical at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd | 4.5 | I use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for image-level and Office 365 email backups. Its consolidated tool for backup, replication, and quick recovery is valuable. However, it needs improved database backup for newer systems like Oracle due to complexity. |
The most beneficial thing is that it is admin-friendly, with no complicated menu structure. It is straightforward when it comes to doing a backup or a restore.
You can even restore one item, one particular mail item as well.
To a certain extent, e-discovery is possible.
Although Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is a Backup as a Service, it should give slight leverage to the admins to do more of their own configurations.
When it comes to Software as a Service, we do need to agree on certain things, as we do not have much control over the software. If Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 can improve, it would be better.
It could be slightly better, but it is acceptable. As long as support is provided in a timely manner, it is good. I cannot tell it is fully bad or fully good. If I were to give a rating of one to five, I might give 3.5 to four.
Rather than giving a help database, which is an ocean of information to search through ourselves, we should be able to open a ticket and have them guide us on how to do it. As an end-user, different levels of admins exist—a fresh admin and a more experienced admin. They need to encourage us to open a ticket quickly, and from there they should guide us straightforwardly with the steps to follow to achieve the desired outcome.
We started about a year back.
For now, the subscription we are doing is only for the cloud.
I do not think there is a scalable limit. Being a cloud application, I do not think so. From organization to organization, the scalability requirement varies. For our organization, it is at an acceptable level.
They give us a notification very much in advance if there is a maintenance activity.
During this, I evaluated around three to four products.
Barracuda and other solutions are also available.
The initial onboarding plus the initial expenses are slightly more when compared to another cloud-to-cloud backup. However, the actual Total Cost of Ownership is overall acceptable. Comparatively and competitively, they are acceptable.
It is very straightforward because the Veeam team themselves will come and onboard us.
It is not from a marketplace. It is from the local market, basically from local partners who are very well engaged with Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 and supported us during the POC and onboarding.
I can tell the return on investment is based on the amount of data I am allowed to take, first of all, and the period of how much I can retain. These are all the parameters that can be used for the ROI.
The initial onboarding plus the initial expenses are slightly more when compared to another cloud-to-cloud backup. However, the actual Total Cost of Ownership is overall acceptable. Comparatively and competitively, they are acceptable.
During this, I evaluated around three to four products.
Barracuda and other solutions are also available.
Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is targeting four major applications for the data. The four different applications are covered in the data part.
It is not an integration. It is coverage of the applications' data. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is not getting integrated with these applications. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is targeting this data to be backed up.
The only automation we can see is that the tenant's full user base is covered by default. It will probe the LDAP, meaning the Entra ID, and it automatically picks and allocates the license and starts the backup.
The main unique selling point is that the data becomes ours, even after the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 subscription has ended. After a certain period, if I do not want to continue taking backups of the users, but if I want to retain that backup, it is mine. I just have to pay for the cloud storage.
We do have multiple clouds. We have multiple clouds, but we bought this particular product only for the one particular requirement, which is our Office 365.
I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

The typical use cases for Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 are that clients use it for backup availability.
They use it for two main purposes. One is for migration, as they might be thinking that if they are not going to use a cloud in the future, they still have the data on-prem because they are going to back up the data from the cloud to on-prem.
The other purpose is that if they want to move migration to another solution, they'll be able to use whatever was backed up to restore to a different platform.
The best features of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 are that users utilize it for Office automation and email through Microsoft Office automation.
That's what they use for Office 365.
I have utilized the granular recovery options for recovery mailbox and OneDrive.
Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 has helped with eDiscovery and compliance tasks because it is part of the compliance requirements.
Some European customers require regular backups, thus it helps with compliance.
Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 can be improved by making it more affordable.
The product is good enough, but the price is expensive.
I have approximately 2 to 3 years of experience working with this solution.
Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is a stable solution.
The scalability of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is very good.
It is very scalable because all hosting is on the cloud backup.
I assess Veeam's scalability in accommodating increased data volumes as very good.
It depends on the bandwidth.
It is infinity in the sense that everything is hosted by Microsoft, making it literally infinite.
I would rate technical support for Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 an eight on a scale from 1 to 10, where one is the worst technical support, and ten is the best.
Positive
Before Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365, I used Synology backup.
The initial setup of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is quite straightforward.
I have not really seen an ROI from Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.
On the customer side, we don't really see the ROI.
It is just because of compliance and it's part of the requirement that we need backup recovery.
It's unlike disaster recovery that we need to initiate when there's a ransomware attack.
For Office 365, Microsoft has already done a good job securing their own data center, so additional backup is basically just getting another copy for on-prem safety.
Until now, it is very unlikely we use it other than for restoring or archiving email.
I switched from Synology backup to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 because the Synology backup is very slow.
When our data grows, the performance from Synology backup is not able to keep up with our requirements.
We are going to have mixed backups, which is the reason we changed.
My relationship with Veeam is that I am a reseller and system integrator.
The support for both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure from Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 impacts my data protection strategy because that's the reason we are using Veeam.
Veeam is a platform that supports both on-prem and cloud.
It's a single pane of glass that we can support both, which is one of the good reasons we are using Veeam.
The key benefits my organization has experienced with Veeam's integration of SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Teams within its data protection framework are that single licensing is one of the things customers prefer to use because it's very easy for them to manage.
I would rate Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 overall an eight on a scale from 1 to 10.

We are using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to take backups of shop floor PCs. I use it for clients locally, particularly for critical machines. It is also used globally for server-side backups and includes scheduling features like taking ten backups every Sunday when the factory is closed. This makes it easier as there is less network traffic.
Veeam Backup aids in preventing downtime by allowing for fast rollbacks and restoration of systems. This is essential in manufacturing as it minimizes production stoppages. By using network backups, we can quickly address and revert issues, saving time.
The rollback feature is beneficial since it makes solving problems easier by enabling us to revert to an earlier state. It's user-friendly, especially for taking incremental backups.
Pricing could be more affordable. It would be beneficial if it were adjusted, as currently, client-based licensing for cloud-based activities can be expensive.
I have been working with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for three years at my current company, however, I have over ten years of experience overall.
The solution has been very stable. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate its stability as nine.
In terms of scalability, Veeam Backup is robust. I would rate its scalability as nine out of ten.
I do not need to contact customer support, as the solution works well and meets our needs.
Positive
We evaluated Acronis and Veeam while choosing a solution. The global managers decided on Veeam Backup, potentially due to its reliability and ease of use.
Initial setup was straightforward, taking only five minutes for PC installations. It is a user-friendly setup.
The implementation was an in-house process handled by system administrators at each site, enabling localized management. There is a dedicated backup team for server-side implementations.
Using Veeam Backup has reduced potential downtime in production, saving on operational costs. While I haven't calculated the exact figures, I estimate savings of about ten to twenty percent.
The initial cost can be high as IT solutions are generally expensive, however, the solution is worth it due to its functionality and reliability. I would recommend revisiting the pricing structure, especially for cloud-based licensing.
We considered Acronis before choosing Veeam Backup.
I recommend Veeam Backup for its reliability and ease of use when rolling back and restoring data. It has proved to be beneficial in IT operations.
I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

The primary use cases for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 include backing up SharePoint sites, Teams chat, attachments, and user emails.
I appreciate that Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 allows me to back up on both local storage and cloud storage, providing two options for data restoration. One is through the cloud and the other is locally. The system is fast, offering a very efficient recovery journey.
If one administrator wants to delete something in 365, another admin must approve it.
I have been working with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for one year.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is very stable. I have not faced any issues impacting my operations or my customers' operations.
The solution is easily scalable. I can connect more tenants and move users or emails from one tenant to another.
Technical support is very fast in response. My customers have reported that when they open a ticket, even complex issues get resolved swiftly with a remote session. For example, at a hotel in Egypt, a ticket was resolved in just one hour.
Positive
I have experience with Veritas Backup, however, it is a complex solution compared to Veeam, which has a very user-friendly interface and configuration.
The initial setup of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 rated at seven to eight out of ten. It took about 20 minutes to deploy and was straightforward, though enabling basic authentication posed a challenge.
I am not technical and do not know about the pricing anymore.
I have used Veritas in the past yet find it to be complex compared to Veeam.
I would rate the overall solution a ten out of ten. The product is very stable and performs exceptionally well.

We use it to back up our Microsoft 365 environment - Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. So those things get backed up via Veeam.
The most valuable feature is the simplicity of the GUI. Also, the modularity of it stands out. We can deploy it in different ways; several portions can all be deployed on one VM or server, or it can be split into different parts depending on the company's infrastructure and requirements.
The way Veeam handles version control is by creating replicas of your backups. I would call that a disadvantage because it doesn't rely on versioning on the storage side. For example, if you have an S3 bucket, you can set up versioning on the bucket, but Veeam doesn't support that feature.
Any versioning has to be done with replicas on the Veeam side. It does do snapshots, which is a type of versioning. You can set up snapshots on whatever schedule you need.
For example, if you do a daily snapshot, it will keep all the previous snapshots for as long as you want to retain them. This allows us to go back to different documents. So I think that's what you mean by versioning. Versioning on an S3 bucket is a similar idea, but it's implemented a little bit differently in Microsoft 365.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 does not offer AI to enhance its backup services. The other Veeam product we have, Backup and Replication, does have AI, but it's basically just a chatbot. It won't automate anything for you, but it helps you look at the Veeam Support knowledge base.
One major drawback is that Veeam doesn't support migrating data once it's stored in object storage like S3. If we back up data to local storage, like a SAN or physical hard drives, we can migrate that data out if needed. But if we back something up to object storage, like an S3 bucket, Veeam locks us in. They don't support migrating that data out. For example, if we wanted to move from Amazon S3 to Azure Blob Storage, we couldn't do that.
I have experience with this product.
It's been pretty stable so far. In our case, because we're running it on a Windows Server, stability is mostly about the Windows Server being stable. I would imagine that it's the same if you deploy it as a Linux appliance.
Scalability is innate. It has good scalability. You can deploy more servers and join them together in clusters.
The support has been outstanding, so that's a ten out of ten.
Positive
The initial setup is pretty straightforward. It just requires the account that has access to Microsoft 365, which would be the managed Azure account.
Then it requires setup for the destination. In our case, if it's S3 buckets, we have to create the proper account and policies on the AWS side, and then bring that over and set it up in Veeam so we can see the buckets.
Not counting the research to ensure we did everything properly, once we had a checklist, we were able to get it done in two days.
Our appliance is not deployed in the cloud. It's deployed on-premises. We have an on-prem environment, and we deployed it there.
There were two people: myself and one of my colleagues. I am a storage admin. The other person is more on the hardware management side of the servers.
I'm the only one maintaining it. It does not require any maintenance once installed. Occasionally, there might be updates that have to get done.
The positive impact is that we can restore files that we weren't able to restore before. We didn't have any backup solution prior to this. So if someone from the business asked for something from six months ago, we weren't able to get it, and now we can.
We did a little bit of evaluation, but it was a while back. We decided to go with Veeam because of their support. They were the most supportive out of all the vendors we reached out to.
I would definitely recommend it, as long as you're aware that anything you back up to cloud storage essentially locks you in. There's no official supported Veeam way to migrate data out once it's in object storage.
Overall, I would rate it a seven out of ten.
We have backups for Microsoft 365 because it is in the account of the complete tenant compromise. If we lose access to a tenant or all of the client's data gets Microsoft 365, and they lose access to all of their emails, OneDrive, and Teams data, then at least we have an off-site copy that is not linked to their Microsoft side of things.
Then, we can at least restore and recover data from there. So, there's not as much running backup in case of accidental deletion or user issues. It's more for data security in terms of if something gets compromised, then we know we have another set of backups of the entire Microsoft 365.
The most crucial component is immutable backups to ensure that the backups cannot be affected by anything that happens to the tenant. That is the most critical feature. Second, you should also get proper insights into whether the jobs run as scheduled and the ease of maintenance on it to monitor the backup jobs daily to make sure you don't have any issues, also in terms of functionality to restore backups and backup testing, that also pretty much works easily in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
I do everything in-house for maintenance. I manage the full stack myself. I do daily backup monitoring to make sure everything works. Every single VM is my responsibility. I don't need to do maintenance procedures very often - maybe once a month, if even that much. Otherwise, it's mostly just monitoring the jobs and ensuring everything runs. If there are errors, they're usually related to internet issues or something like that. In those cases, I typically just run the backup job again. Regarding monitoring, I barely spend 15 minutes a day on all my backup checks. It's quick and painless.
I'm very satisfied with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 and would continue using it if it were up to me. However, my management is considering alternative solutions due to issues with our storage solutions.
We're at a point where we need to decide whether to scale out our existing storage (which would mean spending more money) or switch to a 365 backup service that includes its storage. The storage issue is the main reason we're considering a change.
Apart from that, I'm very happy with the product. It works perfectly, the support is excellent, and it's fairly simple to manage. The app works 100% as expected.
The tool needs to improve its reporting to gain more valuable insights into what data is being backed up. The reports do not provide all the information one would like. But other than that, all the features are up to standard and working perfectly.
I have been using the product for three years.
I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.
The scalability is generally good, but there are some considerations. The main scalability issue is related to storage. The storage solution isn't included in the package - you must arrange storage and backup repositories. If you don't initially set up your backup storage correctly, you might face scalability problems later.
However, regarding the solution they offer—the program, features, and functionality—I would say it's very scalable. It works well for on-site backups, cloud backups, and workload migrations. It fits all needs and scales to whatever you require. If you start with one server now and suddenly have ten servers to back up next month, it just works—you just need to set it up. Overall, I'd rate the scalability at eight out of ten.
When I started using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, I wasn't well-versed in the product, so I relied on support quite a lot. When you reach the first-line support staff, they provide relevant articles, knowledge bases, and processes to help you sort out even simple questions.
For technical issues, you can send them the logs and relevant info they need for troubleshooting. Usually, I get my issues resolved within two or three emails back and forth. The support team is knowledgeable, understands the product well, and knows where issues lie. They typically sort out problems within a day. There's also no long wait - if you log a request, you usually get feedback within an hour or two. So, I have no complaints about their support team. It works well.
Positive
Before choosing Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, we used Acronis about five years ago. With Acronis, we encountered numerous issues regarding support and technical setup. This led us to do some market research. When you search for backup solutions for large IT enterprises, the tool always appears as one of the top recommendations. We also discussed it with one of our partners who is already using it. Based on their recommendation, we decided to try it out. It's been three years now, and we're not looking back. Everything works perfectly fine with the solution.
The installation process is very straightforward. You just run the installer and attach repositories. Setting up Veeam itself is easy.
The main challenge is storage. Veeam doesn't offer its own storage services, so you need to provide your own repositories and storage solutions. The trickiest part is figuring out what kind of storage you'll use for your backup repositories.
I did the deployment myself.
From our perspective in South Africa, our biggest challenge is the exchange rate from the South African currency to the US dollar. This makes it a bit pricey for us. However, compared to other backup solutions available, I would rate the pricing at a nine out of ten. For the servers, features, and functionality you get, it's worth the money. Of course, we'd always prefer things to be cheaper, but we also understand that you have to pay for proper functionality. So overall, it's not badly priced at all.
I would recommend Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. It just works, offering instant recovery and disaster recovery features. I would strongly recommend using VM for anyone managing more than one site or different clients across multiple network infrastructures. It's easy to set up, and the backups work.
If you encounter errors or issues, a dedicated support team is well-versed in solving problems and can assist you. I would recommend the solution for small to medium enterprises and large enterprises. It works effectively across the spectrum—from home users to businesses to enterprise-level operations. It's sufficient for all these needs.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.
I am a reseller of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and I sell this product for my company. My use of the product involves working as a partner of Veeam and participating in its deployment and sales operations.
Besides reselling it, I have hands-on experience, utilizing it for providing backup solutions to small businesses, mostly in the education sector.
The most valuable features of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 are its intuitive interface, ease of use, and unlimited capacity for backup and restore. I appreciate its strong performance and high reliability.
Its adaptability for different businesses, whether small, large, or medium, makes it an attractive solution.
Furthermore, my team of engineers is certified by Veeam for implementations, ensuring expert deployment.
One area that needs improvement is the pricing of Veeam Backup, as it can be expensive at twenty-eight dollars per user for one year. I don't know much about comparisons, however, the cost is something to consider.
I have three years of experience using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
I would rate stability as nine out of ten for Veeam Backup. It is very stable.
I would rate scalability as nine out of ten. Veeam Backup is a scalable solution.
I find Veeam's customer service and support to be excellent, rating them ten out of ten.
Positive
The initial setup of Veeam Backup is straightforward, easy to install, and easy to manage.
I have a team of engineers who are certified by Veeam for implementations. They are responsible for deploying the solution.
It's a good solution, however, in terms of rentability, I'm not sure. Veeam is a good investment in general.
The cost of Veeam Backup is $28 per user for one year. With about 300 users, the pricing can add up.
I was asked about the differences between Veeam and Commvault. Commvault is perceived as more complete and more oriented towards enterprise, while Veeam is more adaptable.
I rate Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 as eight out of ten.
It is a solution with great adaptability, suitable for various company sizes, from small to large organizations.
We are using Veeam Backup for our virtual machines. We attempted to use it for our DRP, however, we found it too expensive and complex, so we decided to use it just for backup.
Veeam Backup does backup and restore very well, comparable to Acronis. We have found both Veeam Backup and Acronis to be very easy to use and integrate naturally for administration.
We tried to use Veeam for our DRP. It was complicated to use and did not help us with our DRP needs due to our internet connectivity at that time.
We have been using Veeam Backup for approximately ten years for Microsoft 365 and around six years thereafter.
Over the last six years, the stability has been pretty good and consistent.
Veeam Backup is quite scalable. I would rate its scalability at eight out of ten, although we are not an expansive organization.
We usually do not request support for our products. We use public documentation if needed, but have not engaged with customer service.
Neutral
We previously used Acronis, primarily as a backup and restore solution. We switched to Veeam Backup for a more advanced solution aiming to accommodate our DRP, but found the transition problematic due to our internet connectivity.
The initial setup of Veeam Backup was easy and needed no more than a few hours. It integrates naturally for administration.
One person is sufficient for deploying Veeam Backup in our 365 infrastructure.
We do not have a defined metric for ROI, however, we are satisfied with Veeam Backup as a support service and plan to renew it.
The pricing for Veeam Backup is fair for our infrastructure when used solely for backup, yet transitioning to a cloud solution was not cost-effective for us.
I presented alternatives like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure when considering cloud solutions, however, transitioning did not make financial sense.
I rate Veeam Backup an eight out of ten.
It works well for our backup needs, and I would recommend it for Microsoft 365 due to its reliability.

I currently use this solution for backup needs, and I can back up some VMs.
I back up all VMs and all servers in my environment on VM and point to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.
I think that one of the best features about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is that you can back up six five mailboxes.
I have used the granular recovery option in Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to submit to some mailbox and to restore it.
In future updates of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365, I would like to see mail archiving functionality.
I have been working in my current field for about one year. We have a Veeam on-prem, and when we move to a cloud, we use Veeam to back up CSI and to some work group on the cloud.
I have no drawbacks or downsides; we haven't encountered any issues.
Deploying Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 was very easy.
I did the installation by myself, without any help.
I spent one day on the installation of the product, and all weeks are working normally.
I am satisfied with the pricing for Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365.

I primarily use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for image level backup and Office 365 email box backups.
I appreciate the feature of having a single tool for backup, replication, and secondary backup. With the same tool, the same job can be extended and configured to meet compliance requirements as per customer needs. There is no need to create multiple jobs, and it is user-friendly compared to other tools. Instant recovery is another valuable feature, as it allows for quick data recovery within five to ten minutes.
There is still a need for improvement when it comes to individual database backups, particularly for Oracle and other newer databases. The process is not user-friendly, requiring senior personnel and extensive documentation to execute backups and restoration.
I have been working with Veeam Backup for more than five or six years.
I rate the stability of the solution as nine point five.
Veeam provides very good support. Although I have never faced any issues when raising a case, I rate their customer service as nine point five.
Positive
Setting up Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is absolutely very easy and requires simple steps. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate the ease of setup as nine.
I have not been directly involved in ROI assessments related to Veeam. However, I have not encountered anyone unhappy with this tool, and customers who use it are happy.
I find Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to be reasonably priced compared to other tools, although I'm not aware of the exact cost per license or user.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is a good tool, especially for full image backups and Office 365 mailboxes. It's important to be aware that additional resources and documentation are needed for individual database backups, particularly with Oracle and recent databases. Overall, its rating is nine.
