Cloud integration has transformed projects and delivers faster, more secure business workflows
In my opinion, the best feature Boomi iPaaS offers is its user interface, which is easy to maintain, has a low cost, and offers low licensing costs, making it very easy to develop any integration. Regarding features, Boomi iPaaS performs best and is more stable. It also has easy support, allowing me to contact the Boomi support vendor team for assistance with atoms, molecules, runtimes, and clusters. Security-wise, it is also more secure, enabling the use of internal OAuth 2.0 tokens and basic authentication for high-level authentication, and I can integrate with third-party services to obtain authentication, with some banking projects in Boomi iPaaS using PayU, Razorpay, and various payment platform authentications. The positive impact of Boomi iPaaS on my organization has been significant, as after adopting it, I received many projects with the help of the Boomi vendor who brought me opportunities for Boomi iPaaS usage. Previously, I used TIBCO, MFT, and WebMethods, which were all very old systems. Boomi iPaaS is cloud-based and continues to update constantly, which has been very useful and led to more business. I can definitely say I see specific positive outcomes after moving to Boomi iPaaS, noting improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and faster project delivery. The connector-based licensing cost is very low compared to other integration tools, and for security purposes, it is helpful. I have observed significant good performance transitioning from old legacy systems to Boomi iPaaS.

Effective data transformation and integration in complex environments with high functionality
Something that could be improved in WSO2 Enterprise Integrator is that the problem is not a lack of capability or functionalities. The problem is that it is a very complex environment. To put your hand on this environment is a very demanding task. This is the real problem. The problem is not about the product, but about the complexity to manage, to configure, to decide what to do. I have some experience using SAP R/3. It seems to me something similar. When you have to configure a situation with a client, especially for a client not in an industrial sector, but in a service sector, it is quite usual that you are in trouble for some reason. This is always the story that I found in the implementations I have done. Maybe there are only three or four big problems, in some other cases there are more than that, but this is the situation usually. For WSO2 Enterprise Integrator, not the same, but I must say it is quite often there is a need to put together some pieces and make it work in a coordinated way.

"It’s a good product and easy in terms of development."
"The tool's most valuable features I've found are related to debugging and testing. It makes it easy to track execution, documents, and process history. This functionality is particularly useful for identifying issues with data and providing insights to the business."
"Boomi AtomSphere Integration stands out and outperforms the other products in terms of licensing and scalability."
"WSO2's analytics capability is good, considering the ELC support they provide."
"The solution basically conforms to our standards."
"In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of this solution is its extensive range of adaptors and connectors. This feature holds significant importance and provides great value to users."
"The learning curve for this solution is very good."
"WSO2 Enterprise Integrator may cost you about twenty-five thousand dollars annually per year compared to IBM Cloud Pak, which would cost you around one million dollars."
"The customer service executives are very responsive."
"I like the user-friendly system and development of the service-oriented architecture."
"The solution's customer service is good."

Cons

"They are lacking in some streaming features, and messaging features from a listener's point of view."
"They have progressed from an ESP architecture, but they have not fully embraced all API design first methodologies."
"There are stability issues."
"Though Boomi iPaaS is the best tool, it still requires improvement in reaching more people through training, appropriate documentation, and customer support, as their support team is not adequately trained."
"The solution is complex. There's a few items and features that are hard to understand. They should work to simplify the functionality so new users don't struggle."
"It does the job well and it's robust, however, it is needlessly overcomplicated, and the documentation could be better."
"It is quite stable, but it crashes if we run high-volume integration."
"The product's UI could be more convenient."

"WSO2 libraries are not mature enough. For example, if you want to integrate with Kafka using its Kafka library, it often has many bugs."
"The main issue with the product is pricing. It uses core-based pricing for WSO2 Enterprise Integrator and API Manager. It would be best if you had APIM by default. It provides many connectors for easy integration with third-party systems."
"The configuration of the product is not an easy task for everyone."

"This solution is very economical (based on the connections)."
