A great collaboration service for small organizations
The synchronization should be simplified. Other solutions like Dropbox and OneDrive have apps. I tried using the mobile version, but it didn't work properly, that needs to be improved. It was cumbersome. It's a good solution for a small organization like ours, but it really depends on your use-cases and the size of your organization. I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app. It was challenging to even download it and once I did, I wasn't even able to log into my system. The mobile app needs to improved for easy use.

Price and reliability need improvement while general tasks are streamlined
The pricing for Microsoft 365 is too high, and quality-wise, it does not meet high standards. The operating system is outdated and inadequate. Microsoft has very poor security, and Defender is ineffective. In terms of collaboration and file sharing, OneDrive is very clunky and has frequent sync issues. It also crashes a lot and is unreliable.

"It provides a single place to manage all of your tasks. It is easier to collaborate within our team or outside of them."
"The most valuable features I have found with Microsoft 365 Business are the functionality and the ability to utilize Excel to put together an in-depth analysis that could be shared."
"Business 365 is very scalable and easy to use. I need to explore the features more, but I'm more or less happy with the features we are using right now."
"This is a user-friendly product that is easy to use."

Cons

"I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app."
"This solution could improve by having better integration with other platforms."
"The price can always be improved."
"Its pricing plan should be better."
"The solution could be a bit more mobile-friendly."
"365 Business' workflow should be better integrated into our current ERP systems. We are running two different ERP systems that are integrated, so it would make sense in the future to have those systems integrated into a content management workflow system."
"Pricing could always be cheaper."
"It would be nice if we had the option to open a document even if it was created with another application."
"It's still not fully consistent among all the platforms running on Windows and IOS. It's getting better and better, but there's still a lot of consolidation or integration work to be done."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It's cheaper compared to similar products available"
"The price of this solution is expensive and the price could be reduced. The licensing cost is very high because we are using an E5 license for Microsoft."
"The product’s price could be improved. There are additional costs involved apart from standard licenses."
"There would be licensing costs because Microsoft 365 Business requires a product key and a license to be present in order to use its products."
"I don't pay any licensing fees."
"The licenses could be cheaper."
"We pay for a corporation license."
"In general, the product offers different licenses at different prices based on which users have to determine the features they want in the product. My company has P1 and P2 licenses from Microsoft."
"Depending on which plan you purchase, there are a plethora of applications available to you."
