We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Easy to work with the solution."

"It is easy to use.""The templates are a valuable feature. You can make templates. There is a space inside where you can create pages. When you use the template, the page auto-generates text and images. You do not have to think about the structure of your page as well, which I think is a very good thing for a user. Because usually when you're in front of a blank page, it can be a bit dreadful to know where to start.""The initial setup is very easy.""The most valuable feature of Atlassian Confluence is the ability to access your files from anywhere.""It integrates well with other Atlassian products""What I like the most is the Wiki software that comes with Atlassian Confluence.""The integration's very good. You still have integration with lots of third party products, and it's very good.""The most valuable features is its design documentation abilities."

Cons
"Programming model could be improved, it's a monolithic solution."

More Adobe Experience Manager Cons →

"Atlassian Confluence should improve the interface, it needs to be more user-friendly. It is easy to use, but it could be more intuitive.""It would be interesting if they had graphical templates that allowed typical agile ceremonies to be documented better.""An area for improvement would be the intuitiveness of using the features, especially if you want to customize.""Some aspects of the drawing perspective could be improved. When we upgrade a design and make technical architecture drawings to publish, we still use Visio first and then copy and paste it. If this feature were available on Confluence, it would be a useful tool.""In the next release, I would like to have the ability to import pictures.""Managing user permissions and credentials could be easier.""We have to use other applications that make Atlassian Confluence more customized for what you want. They should improve by adding the ability to make more customizations.""It would be good if they can continue working towards making documentation and editing as quick and easy as possible. It has got a lot of capability, but I don't know how to use it. I don't find some of the things that intuitive. Sometimes, it doesn't seem obvious to me how to use it, but it is like learning any new tool. You actually need to get trained on the tool to get maximum out of it."
