Stable product but hard to integrate
Adobe Connect is not bad for connecting and integrating for remote connecting and video streaming. I think it was not bad, actually.  I don't integrate it in my project. Some other guys work on that. But I think they had some sort of problems with integration with that product. But, they managed to…

Google Hangouts sometimes consumes significant resources. When comparing it to WhatsApp on desktop for calls, there are instances when Google Hangouts freezes or stops working, but switching to WhatsApp runs smoothly. This might be related to the resources Google Hangouts requires. The service occasionally experiences lag issues where the image gets frozen or the voice transmission becomes interrupted. When these issues occur, possibly due to internet connectivity or other factors, WhatsApp continues to function properly while Google Hangouts does not perform well.

Pros

"The product has valuable communication features. It also has good performance and stability."
"It is straightforward to set up."
"It trains providers for on-premise deployment in several locations."
"I love that I can create classes and that they are "persistent" which means they can be reused over and over again."
"The solution is very stable, with no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze, making it highly reliable for our training and webinar needs."
"The solution can scale well."
"Persistence for webinar rooms Fast video playing Integration and reusability of the same webinar."
"Now our students can complete their required training in less time and make the organization more productive, as they are able to much more quickly apply what they have learned and make immediate use of it in their projects and with their teams more effectively."
"The most valuable feature of Google Hangouts is there are no predefined or meeting durations. For example, Zoom meetings have a set duration, typically ranging from thirty minutes to an hour, whereas Google Meet meetings can continue indefinitely. Additionally, it is effortless to generate a meeting, whether it is a live session or for future use, and distribute your link to others, making these aspects appealing to me."
"Google Hangouts is easy to use and has good performance."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten...Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten based on the number of users we have."
"Basically, if you are using G-Suite then you should be using Google Hangouts because it works."
"The most valuable feature of Google Hangouts is the ability to record the classes that I'm not able to attend, and I can use the class recording to view whatever I missed later."
"Google Hangouts is wonderful in order to communicate with the rest of the world."
"What I like best about Google Hangouts is its integration with other Google solutions, so scheduling is easy because you have the calendar. It also has a whiteboard feature. I also like its polling feature and that it even has a captioning feature."
"My advice to others looking into implementing this platform is that we've had good success with it."

"Interface and layout options could be improved."
"We encounter issues while connecting headphones via Bluetooth. This particular area needs improvement."
"The solution is quite expensive. In Brazil, Connect is only for obtaining international standards for international companies."
"The troubleshooting process for Adobe Connect could be improved."
"I think that both the interface and the layout options, the ability to organize the different components for an online meeting on your screen, could be improved."
"We would like to see support for exportable files that have been uploaded into Adobe Connect as templates for activities."
"They could improve on the VoIP capabilities."
"I would like for the platform to have a call recording feature in the free version."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Adobe Connect is free of cost."
"It is expensive."
"The purchasing process is complicated. It would be beneficial if it were more simplified."

"I believe my company has a yearly license for Google Hangouts, but I'm not sure because this is a corporate account, so I don't have the details."
"The screen-sharing feature is the most valuable feature."
"I pay $6 per user per month for Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Hangouts."
