We are using ManageEngine OpManager, password manager, desktops and endpoint management, and the services plus and a plus product. We monitor the server utilization and hardware performance of the server, RAM, processor, IO, and disk utilization.

Desktop central products, with dashboards that offer good information, are part of our monitoring.

For bandwidth management, we currently use other products such as SolarWinds. We also utilize the automated reporting features for trends and session monitoring from the end user to server, including routers and firewalls to identify network issues promptly.

Desktop central products feature dashboards that are neat and offer comprehensive information. The automated reporting back, which includes identifying the top list and trends, as well as session monitoring from the end user to server through routers and firewalls, provides exact issue notifications for network problems. These features combined enhance network issue detection and reporting.

The pricing information indicates it is affordable.

I am focused on the on-prem solution for ManageEngine OpManager because my customer in Vietnam is a government enterprise customer, which is why we focus on the on-prem solution.

I have installed ManageEngine OpManager to my lab, and I have four years of experience deploying this product to many customers in Vietnam.

I actively use the real-time network performance monitoring feature of ManageEngine OpManager, covering popular network monitoring and server and storage performance tools such as NetFlow, Network Config Manager, Firewall Analyzer, and Application Manager.

I use the customizable dashboards and topology maps in ManageEngine OpManager, especially the Layer 2 mapping feature and business view that allows me to drag and drop all components such as network, server, storage devices, and access points.

ManageEngine OpManager has many beneficial features that bring value to enterprises, allowing them to manage from 1,000 to 10,000 devices in one console, with multiple add-ons enhancing its utility, such as Firewall Analyzer, which optimizes rules and displays all rules in the firewall.

I am working on two projects. Currently, I am with one of my clients on the task of ManageEngine manager. They want us to simply batch ManageEngine. I recommended ManageEngine batch OpManager, and I have to report to them why they should choose the batch manager. I am searching for reports and working on service management, operation management, and access management.

I like all the features. I will mention NetFlow OpManager ABM and port monitoring. Managing platforms and network device virtualization on one platform is beneficial. I can easily configure it. The dashboard is unique and user-friendly. Most of the work is straightforward, making it easy for users or those monitoring it.

We manage a client's network. We put all applications/devices into ManageEngine OpManager. This allows us to manage everything from a single interface.

It's not just about endpoint devices; it also improves switches and servers. For example, if we have the same switches across our organization, we can apply a patch to all of them at the same time. It is really easy. 

A good example is with vehicle tracking. We installed a device in our vehicles, and OpManager is able to monitor their status. We offer vehicle tracking and support services, including driver behavior management, and we can pull all that information directly from OpManager.

This eliminates the need to switch between applications to view job management details. OpManager can monitor it effectively.

OpManager has so many good options. You can manage your entire network with it. PRTG doesn't have that capability. It has scripts you can run, but not the options OpManager has. There are so many other little options that are very good.

Real-time monitoring and automation benefit the organization. OpManager can monitor network utilization, downtime, and services in real time.

We can monitor server bandwidth and disk usage. If there's a cap, it will alert you. It's real-time monitoring for all processes. For real-time monitoring, you need an agent. It will install the agent and give you real-time monitoring. PRTG doesn't have an agent, so it can only update after a time interval if a server is down. There is a huge difference between PRTG and OpManager.

Most organizations use ManageEngine OpManager to monitor their servers, their network, and most of their endpoints, as well as other devices connected online, and down to their GPS.

Organizations utilize the real-time network performance monitoring feature of ManageEngine OpManager, and one of the reasons they mostly purchase it is to proactively manage the other transcoder.

Users of ManageEngine OpManager want to monitor various things, such as temperature and signal, and they often ask why it is better than SolarWinds, which they frequently compare it to.

ManageEngine OpManager positively impacts organizations by allowing users to practically manage their network, so they can understand exactly what's happening and where the problems are coming from, ensuring proactive monitoring.

The customizable dashboards and topology maps in ManageEngine OpManager provide value to the IT team depending on what the client is requesting, as they mostly customize reports based on what they want to monitor.

We use the solution for network and server monitoring. We are using the product for basic functionalities. We use it to monitor and check whether there are any issues in the environment.

The tool is useful for SNMP monitoring.

I am satisfied with ManageEngine OpManager's monitoring features.
