We are evaluating both CA UIM and ManageEngine.
What is the main difference between the two?

UIM is a very old, expensive, conglomeration of tools all written by different companies. ManageEngine has moderate capabilities but largely developed for smaller companies. If you read their reviews there is a great deal of angst with their support and implementation services. Also, they are all separate products built to be standalone so there is not the integration you would find in a true AIOps platform. They are also far more expensive than our offering.
