What is our primary use case?
We use Rigor for synthetic testing to check website performance and to gain insights into the websites.
How has it helped my organization?
Rigor is a very useful tool. All the features are important for my daily duties.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature of Rigor is the ability to test the whole website, including the homepage design and all the sub-pages, in one test. It provides an overview of the whole service. Rigor provides a good user experience. It is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What needs improvement?
I feel that Rigor can improve their customer service for time zones outside of the United States. When I post a question on their chat, I usually need to wait a couple of hours for the answer. I believe the service desk is in the United States, while I am working in Europe, requiring me to wait for them to start their work day.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Rigor for three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
This is a stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Rigor is scalable. I have not encountered any issues.
How are customer service and support?
I would rate customer support a four out of five because of the lack of service outside of U.S. business hours.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very simple.
What about the implementation team?
I use Rigor via a web browser, so it is not deployed on my computer. The solution is self-maintaining.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I am currently evaluating Catchpoint to compare the two tools. Both have different features.
What other advice do I have?
Anyone considering Rigor should try to test all the features that it has, as many features are valuable. I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. If 24/7 support was added, I would rate it a nine.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud
